Blue Tide Express Car Wash

I got my car washed here and only later noticed the many many scratches on the front hood and the side of the car. Tons of little scratches. Maybe there was a lot of junk in their spinning brushes. I would avoid this car wash. As an update to the car wash update I’d like to point out how they claim that I’m lying and they say I didn’t go to their car wash, as if they know what car this is, and when exactly it was washed. Also note that I’m not the only reviewer to complain about scratches. As I expected, they try to sound like they will be reasonable about the damage they caused but then run away from it.

Blue Tide is the best in the business. The owner is super friendly and actually cares about the quality of his machines. I pass 3 car washes just to go here!

My husband has a membership and I frequently stop in if he doesn't take my car! The staff is super nice and helpful. I think the pricing is more than fair. The wash is one of the best in town. Appreciate the free vacuum option as well!

I have been going to this car wash for about a year now. First time that I had gone through and was not satisfied with the car wash I got. Went back and talked to Anthony and he took all the time he felt he needed to see that I was happy and understood what was causing the problem. I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He is really a people person and they have great customer service thank you Anthony your car wash is the best around. Wishing everyone a blessed and prosperous New Year!

Been coming here for a while now. Staff here are so nice! Car comes out super clean! Can’t recommend this car wash enough!
