I decided to get the ultimate service because it included vacuuming and inside window cleaning. I recently had shoulder surgery so it’s been difficult for me to do things, Iike cleaning the windows in the car and vacuuming when I got home. I noticed that the car didn’t look like it was vacuumed very well and I probably should have done it myself!

I gave 2 stars because they were very pleasant & kind . the service was mediocre though. For the elite package, the interior clean was horrible. the cup holders were not wiped out , dash wasn’t wiped & seats weren’t wiped or adequately vacuumed. interior clean was horrible. i have plastic mats & they didn’t even wash all the debris off them. my car was not very dirty to begin with but it looks pretty much the same with the exception of some debris vacuumed away, the steering wheel was not wiped down & windows are streaky with dust.

Was just there this morning and it was not worth the $23 I paid for a standard wash. Fingerprints left all over and the windshield was left looking filmy and streaky like they cleaned it with a dirty cloth. I saw them clean it but couldn’t tell how it really looked until the sun hit the front window as I drove away. They seemed friendly enough but the service sucked. I won’t be returning again.☹️

I’m very disappointed. I’ve had enough with them keeping on missing areas. I go there once a month, I talked to the guy to make sure they get everything especially when I’m paying $100 for service. I am done with this place.

I got the economy wash. Before I went there I had some dirt by the driver side handle . When finished the dirt was still there. It was $19 for the wash and a $5 for the tip and they couldn’t remove a little spot on the driver side door. Absolutely not worth it.
