Ridge Pike Car Wash

This place used to be the best. I’ve always had old cars and took them here whenever I was close by. Super friendly and a great wash. Seems things have changed. The guy at the entrance had a major case of stink eye and I don’t think he understood what I was saying to him. No help lining it up and then he sat there glaring at me. Rude in conversation. I know when it’s me. It wasn’t me. I got the tire shine but pulled off and didn’t bring it around for a wipe down. NGL I didn’t want him touching my car. You know it’s bad when you’re willing to pay for an extra wash somewhere else and not even complain. I tipped 5 anyway and bailed. Always tip, or whoever you’re dealing with will use it to justify laziness and crappy service to their boss We all have bad days and I cut people a lot of slack for that reason. But I’m in a service industry myself, and I’d never dare treat a customer that way without expecting it to come back around on me

Horrible experience. I really used to like going there for an economical car wash, but it has been slowly going down hill since changing hands. I know they plan to renovate it someday but they need to maintain the equipment and service to a minimum standard to get a normal car wash. My truck came out half washed and wasn't completely rinsed off. They ended up wiping the remaining grime off with their towels which is not good practice. I asked for change for a 10 and they couldn't give me any ones,

Do not go here and ever again!!! The manager is very rude scrapes on my car. They said they would pay for it. They never called me. I showed up and he was threatening me. I was not on his property. He was following my car while I was on the phone with the police.

NO Vacuum included not even with their highest prices service. You need quarters to vacuum yourself. If you want a simple rinse of your car.. maybe this might be the place. However if you want a well done wash exterior, without larges patches of dirt still on your I would hard pass. Lazy dry effort with the towel dry. Please note this was not during a packed time of the day or weekend. I was the only car.

I've been here a couple times and each time my car has turned out very nice and squeaky clean. Reasonable prices and wait isn't too long even if it's a bit crowded. Never had any issues here !
