Captain Car Wash, I

I’ve been to this place a handful of times over the years, but my experience with the drive-through wash yesterday was disappointing. I paid for the $15 option, but it didn’t seem like all the brushes activated—only the ceiling “octopus” ones. It felt like I may have received a lower-tier wash instead of what I paid for. Soap was left all over my windows, drying into noticeable streaks and marks. Dirt and brake dust were still on my vehicle after the wash, which easily wiped off with my finger, showing it wasn’t thick or hard to remove—it should have been an easy clean. Thankfully, my truck is white, so the streaks weren’t as noticeable on the paint, but it was still frustrating. I didn’t have time to address it with the staff or dry the windows due to a time constraint (that’s on me), but I wanted to leave an honest review. The self-serve bays here are excellent, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, based on this experience and others, I can’t recommend the drive-through wash. (GO BIRDS!)

I have had memberships for the past 3 years for both of my cars. The system used at this wash is extremely gentle on the car’s finish. Both cars have been through the wash over 150 times each and they still look brand new. Some car washes can scratch and dull a car. Not this one!

Amazing car wash! My boyfriend and I come here all the time to wash his truck. Got ourselves stuck in some mud tonight but thankfully the self serve stations are open a bit later. Really saved us so I had to leave a good review and shout them out!

The best car wash around. The only place that I will go whenever my ride is dirty. Always leaves my car looking fresh as ever! Super clean, easy to use, provided towels, and high quality equipment.

I visited Captain Car Wash to clean my car, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The water pressure was nonexistent, and the brush was completely frozen, making it impossible to wash my car. When I asked an employee for a refund, considering the service was unusable, I was told that refunds are not given. To make matters worse, the worker began yelling at me, accusing me of being a “terrible person” and claimed I was speaking to him improperly. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was insulted and left with my money wasted and my mood ruined. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place. This is not a car wash—it’s a joke with terrible customer service and disrespectful staff. Spend your money somewhere else where customers are treated with basic decency.
