Joseph is amazing! If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic call this shop. Dropped off my car, and he had it fixed same day! Joseph understood the problem and part I bought from day 1, he let me know he’d have my car ready the following Monday but he got it done 4 DAYS EARLY! He provided consistent and honest communication but also charged me a fair price for all his hard and manual labor. This shop has a life time customer! Don’t waste your time with other places, this place is IT!!!!

After being completely frustrated by my experience with the dealership, I was in dire need of a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop. Thankfully, I found Zia Autohaus and I couldn’t be more impressed! The professionalism from the start was apparent. The staff was courteous and genuinely attentive to my concerns, making sure to explain the issues with my car in clear, understandable terms. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a reasonable, honest estimate. The transparent pricing was a breath of fresh air compared to the inflated charges I had encountered at the dealership ($500 for an oil change). What really stood out to me was their prompt response time. I called on short notice, expecting to be stuck waiting for weeks for an appointment, but they fit me in within a week. They worked efficiently to get my car back in great shape, and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through the process or overcharged for unnecessary services.
