I cannot say enough good things about First Class Auto! I chose their shop based on the reviews and now I am also a very happy customer! I am quite impressed with the professionalism of the staff, their honesty, and their workmanship. My daughter’s Outback had multiple issues. The mechanic, who worked for Subaru for 8 years and is a master mechanic, identified each problem and provided a photo with an explanation. Wow! I was really impressed with this. We were able to choose which areas we wanted addressed and the car was ready two days ahead of schedule. As a female, I am always skeptical of mechanics due to being ripped off multiple times. I am so happy to say I have 100% trust in First Class Auto and highly recommend them for all your Subaru needs!!!

I am delighted to have found First Class Auto! I felt like my car was receiving the best care from experts--and I was receiving so much respect and empathy. These guys are true Subaru lovers with many years of knowledge and training, and it's clear that their idea of running a good business is treating customers the way they themselves would want to be treated. Great communication and excellent pricing--and they found a serious safety issue that I had been ignoring. I had assumed the noise I was hearing was normal, since the car had always done it, but it wasn't--the bearings in both back wheels were bad. My car and I are happy.

The folks at First Class Auto got our Outback back on the road last week when we were in danger of getting stranded at a motel. The problem ended up being minor but a little tricky, and Juan did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem, showing us what was happening, and discussing next steps for us. No more problems on the rest of our drive to Mesa! They were great.

So happy I found this place, they are honestly the best auto shop I have dealt with in 6 years of being a subaru owner. I was 1/4 of the way through a very long road trip, and my car wasn’t driving right. They were able to get my car checked out so quickly, determined it was a minor problem, fixed it up, and had me back on the road in a couple of hours, while also pointing out something to keep an eye out for with future maintenance. This was my second visit for another round of axle backs. The first set came out amazing by these guys but got to be a bit too loud. Came back with some Remark R-1's and this solved the problem. Very happy with the looks and sound! Shout out again to First class and to Chris who did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent auto shop. We were on a road trip and had some issues, they were able to take a look and get us back on the road within a couple hours. You can tell they are passionate about Subarus and helping people out.
