Took in an older 4Runner to get a bunch of work. They were well aware of all the issues with the vehicle platform and which complete parts kit to buy to replace all the components needed, which was refreshing as I usually have to try to explain all this to places. They already knew firsthand and finished all my sentences for me. Suggested optional work that made sense contextually and was worth doing and was not a shop trying to milk extra work. Finished work earlier than promised. A great experience and a relief for someone who usually does their own work and has had nothing but horrible experiences getting work done at shops. Will come back again.

Took my Lexus in to do some preventive maintenance before my 1500+ mile trip for my wedding, & these guys did a great job with not only servicing my vehicle, they were very professional, and the pricing is very reasonable. Sometimes you do have to schedule ahead of time by a week or two depending on the services you're asking for, but your vehicle will be treated right, & will be fixed right the first time without any headaches. I will be bringing in my Lexus back in for any huge job I can't do at home. 😁

After a few days, discovered I was driving around with one lug nut missing on each tire. Their response was "we didn't know what you wanted to do". I told them to replace wheel lock with with regular lug nut. Even if they forgot, they could have asked before giving me back my truck-instead they just left one lug nut missing on each tire. Won't return.
