I took my John Deere mower to Wise Auto for years be to be tuned at the end of each mowing season. Reasonable, fast, efficient work. I'm happy to say almost two decades; it runs like it's new.

We had a problem with our car. We took it for a diagnostic check. Andy and Chris not only found the problem, and fixed it, but also went above and beyond and found out that our car needed an update. He called Honda to double check and found that was correct. Honda is the only one that can update that. We will always be taking our cars back to Wise Auto Care to be worked on. Great place also because they are friendly, caring and explain everything to you about your car's repair. Kudos to them.

The owner, Andy Wise, is an American's American; self made small businessman, family man in the best sense ; he, his wife, and both kids all work @ Wise Auto. He is a veteran, an Army Ranger who served multiple tours in the Middle East and served in Panama. He has respect for everyone and shows it by giving discounts to veterans and senior citizens. The guy only hunts for food. He mows loans in the summer to make extra family cash. I spoke with Andy for a couple hours and I never heard a bad word about anyone. He's friendly, accommodating, hardworking, and he even gets off on making intricate Halloween experiences for the kids! So if you're needing auto, motor bike, go-cart work, you name it, check out Wise Auto Care. You might want to use your GPS to get there.

Their customer service, pricing, and quality of repairs are top notch. They completed brake repairs, tire replacement, alignment, and fog lamp repair. Complete a full vehicle inspection to ensure no other issues exist and communicate progress along the way. Definitely will be a return customer.

PLEASE do not go to wise auto care, if I could give zero stars I would. Andy may have been in the business for 30 years but he is exactly what you should stay away from. I approved diagnosis ONLY($78) for a concern I had. After 2 and a half weeks of no calls from him I checked in on a Thursday morning. He said “I think we have the problem fixed, I will call you later today to see if I can get this covered by the warranty.” After not hearing from him I called back the next day to find out it’s not covered, which is fine. He tells me my total will be ($170), more than double the diagnosis quote and that “sometimes it requires more diagnosis to figure out a problem”. When I had an objection to the added cost with no additional approval he told me “if you don’t pick up your unit in 2 weeks I will sell it to recuperate my costs”. I have no issues with further diagnosis, but he never called me to see if I wanted to do the work. I spent 170 dollars to fix a 250 dollar leaf blower. Although this is not a lot of money, I hope I can save someone in the future the trouble of wasting thousands of dollars on repairs that were done to “diagnosis the problem”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, Andy is a cheat, a bully and explains why he can’t keep any technicians working for him.
