McGuire's Distinctive Trucks

I was there Saturday for work on my truck.and while the time it was being serviced and I was totally impressed with the way Ken and his staff treated people with great respect and knowledge. I talked to a few people there who said they've been coming to his place for years because of the way he treats all his customers. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am and how well his business is run...I will always come here from now on for my truck needs and I think if you stopped by you'd come away with the same thoughts.

Out of all the trailer businesses around the Columbus area, I ended up traveling to Carroll Ohio, 20 mins south of Westerville. I was emailing places for a couple weeks and only a handful or two, actually even got back to me. But out of everyone I spoke with, Ken was the nicest person to me. I mean it must of been out of 12-13 salesman I spoke too. Never once did he rushed me and answered all my questions for 2 hours straight, I swear I thought he was gonna kick me out, lol. But seriously, he was more than patient. He even made sure I made it home safely and I had everything I needed. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my new trailer. Great customer care and would highly recommend.

We bought air bags a couple months ago, made a world of difference for our truck while pulling the 5th wheel. Just had a new 5th wheel hitch installed..a bit of a problem putting it in and a 30 minute job turned into about 90 minutes. Job is done and we are extremely happy with the customer service and the great work by the help in the shop. I highly recommend going here for your truck needs

Never knew that they was there but was referred by another hot rod shop. I found these guys was very helpful and a reasonable price. I wish I had known that they was there before I bought my stuff online. I’ll be buying some more from them soon and they will install it too. I’m having them to install my bush guard and wind reflectors. There wind reflectors are weather tech and almost the same price aftermarket ones. Plus you can get them installed.

Wow! Honestly the best customer service I have experienced in my life (not kidding). I needed a hitch installed on my Toyota Camry hybrid and the manufacturer had the wrong order number for the harness kit, this resulted in me having to make extra trips (manufacturer kept changing their mind on what I needed) but trust me McGuires did nothing wrong and make it right. The owner gave me his personal vehicle so he could keep mine overnight to get with the manufacturer of the hitch wire needed. I had the opportunity to spend a few hours in the store as they were troubleshooting my vehicle with the mfr of the hitch wire, and they do such a great job helping customers. Highly highly recommended them- they rock!
