Wanted some details about the oil change. Was told, "no one is allowed to talk to the mechanics". What? Had to have an intermediary get me some details I was looking for. Had a multipoint inspection, they didn't notice the hole in the engine air tube... which I was aware of when I brought it there. I gave 'em two stars because the oil change was free since we purchased the vehicle there. Otherwise the experience reminded me of why I don't go to dealerships.
