There was a Recall announced last month affected our Ascent. Minus one star as this recall prevented us from parking in our garage for several weeks, (during the MN winter). After 3-4 weeks of parking outside White Bear Subaru was able to get the Recall done. Plus they fixed a rear glass defroster problem we were having, and supplied a good loaner car. We have our car back and it's back in the garage.

I called to speak with the service department over a week ago. The line was busy, routing me back to the operator who transferred me to a voicemail. She said I would receive a call back within the day. I left a clear and detailed message with my inquiry and both my husband's and my phone number, but I never received a call back.
