I had a stellar experience with the service department! My 2019 CR-V needed some general maintenance and I wasn't sure if I needed the transmission fluid changed. Taylor gave me honest advice and recommended a transmission fluid change based on mileage and the fact that my car has a CVT transmission, which can be more sensitive. He made sure I knew how much everything would cost up front and was able to give me the numbers off the top of his head. His estimates were spot-on when I got the bill and all prices were reasonable. I didn't expect a noticeable improvement in smooth shifting when I got my car back, but I was pleasantly surprised. The transmission fluid change was well worth it. This was by far the best experience I've had with service at a dealership!

I live in Houghton Michigan. Battery light and AWD lights came on simultaneously driving through rush hour Minneapolis, Thursday afternoon-evening. After some patience, google work, phone call, arrived at Honda. Mason met me, listened, started the solution process. The battery was good. I can’t get computer diagnostics until possibly Friday , latest Monday. The evening service manager told me that he thinks it’s the alternator. Got a ride to the closest Holiday Inn Express, room available, now the waiting game. I’m so fortunate how everything worked out so far. Kudos to Brent Harshman and Mason at Buerkle Honda, St Paul, MN. Update Friday 10/18/24: 2012 Honda CRV with 310+ hundred thousand miles, diagnosis faulty alternator with replacement onsite and being replaced as I text. Thank you!

They have been taking care of my CR-VS for 20 years. I won't go anywhere else. I average 70,000 miles a year as a Medical courier. I'm on my 4th CR-V. They got my last one through 457,131 miles on the original transmission. Love these guys!
