We selected to return to Buerkle Hyundai due to the service and craftsmanship we had and have experienced. We live 35ish min from this dealer and have a different Hyundai dealer 5 min from our home. This time, we had a few hiccups, but they fixed the problem quickly and set me off with a loaner promptly. After that, they even offered to drop off the car and pick up the loaner from our home. Even though they did a good job, my wife and I did have a few hiccups along the way with the oil consumption test and getting parts replaced. No one is perfect, and that's okay. The important thing is how they responded to the situation. I hope they now test drive every car after large scopes of work are done on the engine... If you're thinking about specifically purchasing a Hyundai or getting work done, I highly recommend Buerkle.

I am so impressed with this service department. Even if they do make a mistake of any sort, they go above and beyond to remedy it. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable. Specifically, we have worked with Adam a lot, and he is fantastic. The part we needed was on backorder from Hyundai, so we had to wait a while to get the repair done. Adam kept us informed over the month or so we had to wait, and even offered to help us with the transportation to and from the shop. Basically, we always end up being so happy despite any complications that come up (which are often out of the service department's control). I highly recommend Buerkle!!
