Slimy place. Brought in a fleet vehicle which has repairs paid for by a 3rd party fleet management company. They gamed the automated approval process and got $500 for replacing the wiper blades. Claimed the vehicle was miss firing without any fault codes present. They also had a valve cover and didn’t mention why. When I picked up the van they didn’t reinstall all the paneling and kept the pieces. My biggest issue is just how difficult it was working with the service writer. Had an appointment for Wednesday, the didn’t look at it until Friday. They didn’t write anything down and would not communicate with me. I spoke to the same person 4 times in a week and she always started with “you must be working with mark” I kinda feel bad since I know how hard being a service writer is and the folks in the office just seem toxic but you have to communicate with customers.

Showed up at the date and time I was told to bring truck in, only to be told I'm not on the schedule. To top it off she was rude as could be. Awesome customer service skills on display there. Techs may be great, but with a customer facing representative like that I'll find somewhere else to deal with.

Excellent service from the team at Autonation on our RV. They did the work that was planned, but also reached out to consider additional maintenance to keep it working well (a new air filter). The team responds to questions quickly and professionally.

Poor service, I got a lot of unwanted attitude. I was not served in a professional manner, the guy was absolutely rude and inconsiderate of my feelings. He should not be servicing people like that. I’m never business here personally.
