Promotional Information and Customer Experience

Westmont Body Werks, as part of the AutoNation Collision Center network, often promotes itself as America's most trusted network of collision repair specialists. Promotional information typically highlights their certified technicians, state-of-the-art equipment, and commitment to customer satisfaction and quality repairs.

However, customer experiences can vary, as reflected in available reviews. One customer had a very negative experience, citing issues with dishonesty, carelessness, and unprofessionalism. This individual reported a significant discrepancy in the initial estimate versus the final cost, stating an increase from $4,600 to over $14,000, ultimately taking their car elsewhere for a $4,000 repair. This review highlights concerns regarding transparency in pricing and timely service, as the car reportedly stayed at the shop for over two months without completion. This customer also noted that Westmont Body Werks is also known as AutoNation Collision Center at the same address, urging others not to be "fooled."

Conversely, another customer provided a positive review, expressing satisfaction after having their truck repaired at Westmont Body Werks following a botched repair job elsewhere. This customer lauded the "great job by people who know and care about what they are doing," indicating a positive outcome in their specific repair scenario. This contrasting feedback underscores that individual experiences can differ significantly and potential customers may wish to research recent reviews and consider various perspectives when making a decision.

In summary, Westmont Body Werks, operating as AutoNation Collision Center Westmont, positions itself as a comprehensive auto repair station offering a wide array of services for collision and body damage. While it aims to provide professional service with modern facilities and trained technicians, prospective clients are encouraged to consider the varied customer feedback available online to form a complete understanding of the potential experience.

Westmont Body Werks Customer Reviews

This body shop is strait up "BAD, DISHONEST, CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL". I had my car taken there after an accident, even though I had read some negative reviews about the shop. The reason I did is because it was recommended by the local Porsche dealer while they were remodeling their body shop. My car stayed with these guys for well over two months before I had to have towed to another shop. You may ask why all this time? First, the guy who was to provide estimate will always have one thing or the other wrong why he was not able to get to it. After many phone calls, he finally emailed me an estimate. The day I went over there to make sure we were on this page regarding the estimate, it went from $4,600.00 to $14,000.00 plus because they realized there will be more work needed. I took the car else where and only have to spend $4,000.00. Long and short of my story is think twice before you deal with the company. They portray on the outside one image when they are totally something else. This company is also called AUTONATION COLLISION CENTER, same address. DON'T BE FOOLED.
