I am very happy with the service at Oakbrook Toyota. The Service Dept is great. I set my appt, arrive on time, greeted in my car upon arrival, walked into the office, and speak with tech lead about issue/maintenance request/update. Then I have the courtesy drive drop me off sometimes or sit in the waiting area and work. The service is outstanding. I can't see myself purchasing any other type of vehicle besides a Toyota. Never had an issue but I'm quite sure if I did, they would take of it. Must say, when I purchased my Sienna, the process was seamless; couldn't believe. My Sienna is used for all my Girl Scout activities. For example, we supported Bridge Communities Sleepout Saturday. Several of us slept in the van to help raise awareness of homeless children and families. Can't imagine going to another dealership. Great Job on Customer Service. A+++

Taking my new RAV4 Hybrid for its first (free) maintenance. John was my service dept rep and provided clear explanation of what they were fixing to check and why. He gave an estimate of the timeline and directed me to a decent lounge area. Upon completion of the service he came and found me and suggested a reasonable schedule for future service visits based on our driving habits.
