I must say, service advisor, Steve Anderson is fantastic. Hands down a rare, genuine person that goes the extra mile for your satisfaction and expectations. He's also a true BMW enthusiast, so he'll talk about your car, and share his passion about his BMW. Steve is like talking to a friend. A rare quality these days, especially in the car business. Additionally, Steve accommodated a change in my availability moving up my appointment a day earlier. What's in stark contrast to such great service is the horrible phone system. You rarely get a receptionist and typically get forwarded off to a call center in Texas. It's a hassle. I actually had to drive over to the dealer personally to make an appointment. The system is that bad, and literally a waste of my time. I just wish Auto Nation would understand, you shouldn't have to call Texas to make an appointment 2 miles from my home!!! I'm all for optimizing productivity, but this system gets in the way of optimizing my time which is valuable as well. Hats off to Mike Buzzelli, and Jason in parts. Great people to work with. Keep up the great work.

Great experience as usual at Laurel BMW! Dean, Service Advisor was professional, friendly and kept me up to date on the work performed on my M2, including video of inspection. Mike, Service Director also came up to me to see if I had any issues. Of course, I didn't. Worth the trip, I live 54 miles away in another state, but I have been coming to Laurel BMW in Westmont for over ten years, and will continue to buy and service my cars there.

I worked with Dean, he was honest about what was really needed on my car (which dropped the price for me overall) and he gave me a great loner car for the day.
