Dropped off my car for a recall service and the whole experience was smooth. My Service Advisor, Hamdaan, was friendly and efficient and gave accurate timing. The service tracker app was helpful and was a great way to get updates and communicate with the Audi Westmont Service team. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Appreciated the invitation to get my car checked, which is really the whole point but I will say that no one even looked up from their desk when we got there. Did not feel welcomed or like a valued customer. I understand that no one cares about you once you buy the car, but at least try a little? I asked someone about the “$15 giftcard” we were supposed to get or the “chance to win $2500 if our code matched”, but was ignored. Then I get this email saying that “I will be entered for a chance to win $100 giftcard”…it all feels fake. Anyway, the most important part of my decision to rate it 4/5 stars was the fact that I got my car checked and I appreciate it. My point is, we don’t need the extra incentives that will never happen.

Stellar service. Roberto was my service advisor and kept me updated and was very respectful. The dealership received my vehicle the same day that the check engine light came on and was ready less than 24 hours later. I even got a ride home! I will always be taking my business here. I've had some not so good experiences at other dealers and this one is farther than my local one but it's worth the drive.

I had brought my car in for new front brakes and I had Joseph, (the service manager) facilitate things along. He FANTASTIC all around. He’s responsive, polite, efficient ,explains things very well, accommodating and fair! I’ve had Joseph before in the past assisting for other service on the car and give him 5 stars service consistently each time! He had my worries at ease about getting to work in the morning with a loaner car ready to go and the process of paperwork and dropping my car off was efficient which was important to me. My service advisor was Elena. She was very pleasant and efficient! I can’t forget Joanna the cashier who is always a delight who assisted me a couple times. Friendly, efficient and great sense of humor! Thank you to all for making my brakes service a good one.
