I had an issue with a headlight housing on my GLE. My service advisor Shannon was helpful throughout the duration of the process. This headlight was a $900 headlight that was getting condensation inside of it. I was told it was due to installation being installed wrong. Once the issue of the missing cap was corrected the headlight still is getting condensation when it rains or I go through a car wash. At this point if the issue was corrected I should not be getting the same results. Secondly, my headlight stopped working and when I reached out to Shannon she directed me to Blake Farmer to see if there was anything that could be done. BLAKE FARMER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE over the phone phone. I did not appreciate being yelled at like I wasn’t a customer. He words was “if you not paying $1900 for a replacement while are you on my phone” I reached out to he GM Justin Kandall about the issue but he never called back. I left a message with the rep and a voice message on his answering machine. At this point I guess everyone at Mercedes has the same attitude.

4/10/2025 Update: Decided to give Mercedes of Wesmont's service department another try and went with Francisco this time. Francisco is amazing and has won back my business and I will ONLY deal with him going forward. Lisa with the onsite BDM team was also great and made sure to confirm we had a loaner and address any concerns we had from our last appointment. I will say that if every Service Advisor was as great as Francisco, this would be the best dealership in the Chicagoland area. Francisco not only took the time to listen to our concerns and notate them on the service ticket, but also made sure a mechanic would address them. He did advise me that some updates may require an out-of-pocket cost, which I'm ok with. I'm leaving my review at 4 stars since management needs to address the other service advisors' attitude, but I will return as long as Francisco is working here. Original Review: Specifically called to schedule a loaner (as that's the only way to reserve one) then arrived for the appointment and there wasn't a loaner available and was told the appointment wasn't scheduled with a loaner reserved. Terrible customer service! We'll be taking our EQE elsewhere...

When I arrived at the dealership parking lot, I asked for help with my broken windshield. Being from out of town, I was unfamiliar with the dealership and unsure where to begin. My windshield had been damaged during a long drive to Chicago, and I needed it replaced quickly, as I was planning to leave town again in just two days. I approached a young lady in the parking lot, explained my situation, and she kindly directed me where to park before inviting me to come see her afterward. Once I parked and spoke with her, I explained my urgency. Without hesitation, she immediately began working on a solution. She assured me she would do her very best, though she couldn’t guarantee a speedy resolution. In the end, she exceeded all expectations—not only did she locate a replacement windshield, but she also arranged for it to be installed the very next day. Thanks to her incredible dedication and efficiency, the work was completed in time for me to leave as planned, without any delays. I couldn’t have asked for better service. This Service Advisor truly went above and beyond, turning a stressful situation into a seamless experience. Many thanks to her and the service team behind her.

I find Mercedes-Benz of Westmont easy to deal with, friendly, and personable. My routine service was dealt with promptly and professionally to my satisfaction. During inspection a small issue was noted and repaired under warranty. Since the part is under a chassis cover it cannot be seen until service begins. I would not have seen it. Good catch.
