These are real professionals. I was a little disappointed they they refused to fix a leaky trunk on my very old and very rusty car. But they were honest in their opinion that a proper repair would have been much more costly than the value of the car. They could have easily done a poor repair and charged me a bunch of money. But they valued their integrity more than their profits. I trust them now because I know they won't charge me for work when they don't believe they can provide good value. They gave me 4 free minutes of their time to outline some quick diy repairs that I could do to hold me over until I buy a new car: tighten the trunk latch, sit in the trunk with a flashlight while a garden hose sprays the car to find leaks, etc.

I've known Dave, the owner, for 30 years now. I am a nitpick when it comes to paint matching. I see everything, and he knows it. I just cracked up the fender on my wife's car, and the wait at his shop was a little long. Even though I like to get my vehicles fixed fast and forget about it, I won t go anywhere else because I know what I will get there. He's a good guy with decades of experience.
