I can’t express how amazing my experience was at Auto-nation. I came in with a specific vehicle in mind. When I arrived for the test drive, I found out that vehicle was sold! I was slightly disappointed, however, Brendan helped me find something else that fit in my budget and honestly, it was the better way to go. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and helped me move everything from my old car to my new one. Brendan is amazing and I’m happy with my new to car! Thank you!

Over the years, Autonation has been our “go to” for excellent repair work. Jason is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He keeps us posted on the progress which is very nice. Very easy to get a rental car as Enterprise is close by and they come to Autonation! Easy Peasy! Highly recommend.

Auto Nation did an excellent job repairing our Mercedes. Everything went very smoothly from estimate to completion of the work. Amanda with Auto Nation did a great job coordinating everything and kept us updated regularly throughout the repair process. Would highly recommend Auto Nation.

Horrible experience. I took my vehicle here for an Insurance claim, worst decision of my life. Had my vehicle in the shop for 6 weeks. They didn’t get the repairs done in that much time nor communicate vital conversations about my vehicle. Repairs stated on the insurance documents were not made. They calibrated my vehicle even after they knew there were broken connectors, mind you, they were paid for this and suppose to be replaced. This led to a failed calibration and most insurance companies only cover 1 calibration. After the service, I’m trying to contact them and they stopped replying back via phone and email. They had a shift in management and the only reliable contact I had there was gone in the middle of my repair. This place is textbook material for insurance headaches. Don’t ever go here.

Brought mycar into shop in September 2022, Car sat for 2 months with Jason Antepekow. Then they finally submit my repairs to insurance on 11/18/2022. Insurance did not agree to repair at the cost quoted. I ask to have my car on 11/21 - 3 days after insurance submittal. They charged me $2700 for storage for 2 months hold that they did NOTHING. Horrible shop to work with. Would not go there again!! 5/7/25 - Have left messages to John Park- the GM many times since 2022. I have went into the shop multiple times to seek his attn. Still have not received any response but 1 request to call the GM?? called again 5/7/25 and left a VM. I am disabled, can not keep driving in there and not able to meet up. 5/8/25 - Have called and left another message with John Park-GM. Forwarded him emails from Wendy Antepekow and his staff for the incident in question from 2022, 2023. Still no response from Autonation addressing the issues.
