I was referred to this shop by my insurance after a collision, and while the experience started off well, it quickly took a turn for the worse. Initially, communication was good, and I was told my car was ready to go. However, the moment I got into my car to drive off, every dashboard sensor went off. I immediately returned to the shop, and Michael, the manager, was great—he assured me the issue would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended. Communication completely stopped after that, customer service became nonexistent, and they refused to take accountability for the issue. To make matters worse, I ended up having to pay out of pocket to resolve the problem. I’m extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled and would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service or accountability.

Took my car here as my insurance company suggested. The owner Mike was fantastic but unfortunately there's workers that like to go through your car and help themselves to what they want. I suggest taking pictures of everything inside your car or taking it all out before leaving your vehicle here. I got my car back yesterday and was missing things from my trunk, a knife from my middle console, and a bag of change. My brand new sub in the trunk had dirt all over it, the settings on my stereo were not how i left them (they weren't upposed to be adjusted due to having a system in my car and it can blow my speakers). It's really unfortunate that these things are a direct reflection of the company as a whole. The work they did was good and done quick but the violation of my things is really upsetting. I wouldn't take my car again or suggest going here because of that.

Mark and his team at West Coast are great - they provided a fair estimate and delivered a very good OEM spec quality paint job on my Honda CBR 1100XX - it's like a brand new bike now!! Excellent customer service all around!!

This place has poor communication. I brought my vehicle in for a quote to send to my insurance. Derek, the employee, informed me that it would take one to two days to receive the quote, considering the Fourth of July weekend. I waited a week but heard nothing. I called for three consecutive days, and each time they answered and promised to call me back, but I never received a response.

Took my car here they kept it forever. Then the same bumper that they fixed. Blew off in the wind. I went to them to get it fixed because they are the ones who put it on. They fixed it just for it to fall off again. Then when I went back to West Coast to redo it, they said they had no record of fixing it the second time. When I have receipts and voicemails. Spare yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. And once you go to another shop say you almost went to West Coast and they’re going to tell you it’s the worst collision repair shop in the desert.
