I am pleased with the repair work recently done at Caliber Collision on my 2013 Ford Fusion, and I am especially impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of the manager Cindy Baker and her staff. Cindy was patient and clear in explaining to me each step of the repair, diligent in seeking replacement parts, and knowledgeable in advising me of the most cost-effective approach to achieve the repair results that I wanted. She kept me informed at each stage of the process. She also is a warm and genial person who is a pleasure to work with. I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in the Palm Springs area who wants quality, cost-effective, transparent and friendly service for repairing their damaged automobile

I would absolutely recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone and everyone. The customer service was some of the best I have ever had. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by Tibby who assured me that my car and I would be well taken care of. She was great and had already coordinated for Enterprise to pick me up so that I could get my rental. Cindy was very nice and welcoming as well and assured me my car would look as good as new. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have received. Overall I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Upon receiving my vehicle after the repairs it looked as if nothing ever happened and it was impeccable both inside and outside.

I had a broken mirror and a dent and scratch from a rock that hit my car on the freeway. They did a fantastic job. My car looks brand new again.The service was great, fast and the professionalism of the staff was top tier. My car was done days before the estimated time, if you want great service come to caliber Collison. David was great and the receptionist she was great.

Amazing experience from drop off to pick up! You could never have guessed I had any damage. If I ever need paint or body work, they will be the first place I come. Customer service was impeccable and very organized! Thank you all

Steve is customer oriented, knowledgeable, went above and beyond. Steve addressed all of my requests, handled my insurance company requests beautifully. My car was totaled but made process smooth with care. Management went the extra mile to approve my request. Waiting room in office building on a hole is extremely clean with snacks, cold drinks, coffee, water, television, a very relaxing place to sit and wait. The front desk was very kind and professional. Thank you Caliber Collision! Smooth Sailing!!!!!

I know this may sound like a bad review but it's not. First time I took my car there and was told it's ready for pick up, I was very unhappy. The paint looked like a child did it and was bumpy (looked like and orange peal). Told them I was not happy and they kept the car. Next time I went to pock up the car the trunk was not lined up right and told them this needs to be fixed. They kept the car again and I got a new rep. This guy went to the dealer took pictures of a new car same model and put my trunk back to it's original state. After the third time he explained to me that he went to the dealer, took measurements and adjusted the trunk according to the dealers car and said it matched up perfectly. This was a brand new car about 3 months old when someone rear ended me, so I was really picky as this is my first brand new car. After all this I was very satisfied with caliber collision.
