Automotive Service Center and Repair

READ THIS ONE FIRST !!! I called this shop to ask how much it would cost to replace the spark plugs on a 2018 Toyota Avalon XLE, the estimate they gave me was $570.00 ($354 for labor and $225 for the spark plugs), a few days before I asked the Toyota dealer for the price of 6 spark plugs for this car and the price was $149.00, this shop was charging $76 more than the Toyota of the Desert dealer for the same spark plugs, before taking your car to this or any other shop call them and ask about changing the spark plugs or the accessory belt and ask them how much the parts cost and then ask the dealer how much the same parts cost, that way you will see how honest the people at the shop are. Based on that make your decision, mine was not to take it to this shop, it seemed expensive and dishonest, and I called other shops with the same question.

I had major issues with the local Honda dealership, never fixing an ongoing issue. Took my Honda to Automotive Service Center, and Javier fixed (at a very reasonable price, I might add) it on my first visit. Javier is my new best friend, and I will be returning to Automotive Service Center as a permanent customer! Thanks again, Javier, for the excellent service I received.

Javier did an excellent job repairing my brakes. The day before he gave me a good idea of what the repair would cost & fixed it for the reasonable price of $500 which was right in line with his estimate. He also gave me rides to/from my home since I had no other transport. Javier is a straight shooter that I will go to again with an auto issue.

Didnt fix my problem. They are not totally at fault as the Hyundai dealer diagnosed and they worked on that issue. My disappointment was that they failed on their follow thru to fix the issue. I sent three emails that were not responded too and had to drive over to the shop to get a conversation with Javier. Did not feel after our conversation that he had any answers. I should have gone with my instincts to not get work performed here just based on how cluttered this business is.

The air conditioning compressor quit on an unseasonably warm spell. Javier fixed the compressor in a day, at a fair price, and it's working great now. Definitely recommend them
