Romo's Auto Corporation

Last month my wife, 2 year old son, dog and I had to evacuate our home due to the fires in LA. We were in between airbnbs when my 2006 Land Rover LR3 started leaking all the coolant. Romo's Auto was just down the street from the house we were checking into later that day and our car was packed with our most prized possessions from when we evacuated. The mechanic immediately determined it was the water pump and called over to Parts Authority and they luckily had one in stock. He had other cars he was working on but saw how desperately we needed to get back up and running. He also said Parts Authority wasn't going to charge us for the parts and they were going to do the service for free. I broke down crying in their parking lot. In a couple hours, we were back in the car and on our way. Romo's Auto seems like a small, tight, family run business who cares about people and their customers. I can't recommend them enough and we're truly grateful for their kindness and generosity.

As long as you can navigate your way around the GateKeeper LOL at the front desk, this family of mechanics are straightforward and to the point. You'll especially love Israel for any and all alignment and suspension repairs and replacement... he's excellent

I cant speak so highly of the team at Romos, i came in with issues and came out with results. Had issues with my escape and they figured it out. BMW was making noises and they handled it, My Titan was needing the front springs reseated bc the last shop messed it up and left parts out but they took on the task to make where the the other shop lacked. Maggie, Ray, Romo, Israel. Just an awesome team and anyone that i didn’t mention or was involved THANK YOU!!!

My rear brakes went out and I couldn't drive my car. Rooms got me in the next day even though they were super busy. Israel was the tech that worked on my car and did a fabulous job. I can't remember the lady's name at the front desk but she was so nice and gave excellent customer service. Thank you to all of you at Romos.

Very very impressed with Romos professionalism and personable engagement with me for my BMW I have owned for a short time it is older, and in need of some love, one of the best auto shops in my opinion through and through. Will definitely be working with Romo in the future for any of my car needs as well as they do alignments on almost any car so do not be subjected to bad reviews. This place is amazing. Period.

This is a family-owned business who prides themselves in high quality and fair pricing. I have been taking my car here for the last 5 years and I cannot say enough about how amazing each person who works here is. One of my cars has needed quite a bit of work over the years, and it is been handled with great care and amazing communication. Oddly, because they are so busy, they want to get your car done and out of the way quickly. This means I'm not waiting for days to go by before they even start the work. I get my car back in a very timely manner. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Wonderful! I was visiting Palm Springs and was referred to this shop by another place that is super reputable. They were amazing and fixed my BMW within a couple of hours since I needed to drive back to LA. Reasonable, honest, professional! Highly recommend!

We were driving through on our way out of state when my husband started hearing screeching from our brakes. On inspection he discovered that the front driver's side brake caliper was bad and had also destroyed the rotor. He called several local shops but was repeatedly told they were booked up for days or weeks. One of the shops referred him to Romo's. When he phoned Romo's it was nearly closing time, they suggested he have it towed to the shop immediately and they would have it repaired by 1:00 the following day. Then they asked for his license plate number and used that to get the VIN so they could order the parts and have them ready when he arrived with the truck. He had the truck there before they opened the next morning and they had the repairs completed before 11:00 ! They were fast, high tech, extremely courteous, their customer waiting area is clean and the whole job cost less than what our mechanic back home said he would have charged ! If we lived anywhere near Palm Springs, we'd have all our automotive work done by them ! Thank you, Romo's !!!
