Cam in at 9:30 and requested an oil change did all the necessary things on their tablet and was told 30 minutes to start it after they gave me the confirmation barcode. Go get food & come back 30 minutes later to eat & wait for it to be done just for them to come out and tell me they "lost my order" and had to do another one & wait another 30 minutes for them to even start it. When I called this morning they neglected to tell me they offer scheduling now. Either some of them don't know how to do their job, or they just don't care

Needed an oil change, turn signal bulb and headlight bulb replaced. They did the oil change and the turn signal bulb replacement. They said that they couldn't change the headlight bulb because you would have to take the bumper off. That is strange, since they changed the headlight bulb on the same car 1 yr prior and did not have to take the bumper off. Whoever was working that day obviously just didn't want to do it. I took it to jiffy lube, they did it without taking the bumper or the wheel off. Hmmm?

I came in to have a tire patched. They told me it was too close to the wall (it was not) and could not be patched. The associate proceeded to try to sell me a new tire. My husband went with me to a different Walmart and we had the tire patched. Predatory and dishonest sales tactic.

I brought my perfectly running car in a few years ago for an oil change and left the parking lot with my car smoking. I barely made it home. I took it to a shop to confirm that Walmart not only did not change my oil out but overfilled it with additional oil causing my sparkplugs to fail and ruining a fuel injector. I filed a claim with the corporate office and they paid for all of the repairs after I faxed over my proof from the repair shop. Fast forward to 3 days ago. I decided I really needed an oil change on my perfectly running even newer car this time so I took it to Walmart to give them another chance. What a mistake that was!! I brought it in running and went to leave with it not running. I pulled into the parking lot. Turned off my car. Handed them my key inside and they came out after they did their checks and started my car up just fine and brought it into the shop. 27 minutes they had my car (which was quick I'll admit) and they finished and brought it back out turned off the car and handed me the key. I get in my car to leave and it wouldn't start. AT ALL. So they brought out their little battery charger and it did nothing so one of the workers went to get his Dodge Ram truck to jump my car. It was just ridiculous. It barely worked but I got home and then it wouldn't turn back on again. I called corporate to file another claim and I haven't even heard back from them. 27 minutes they had my vehicle and messed my battery up. They obviously wasn't paying attention because they marked my windshield as having a chip in it when I have zero chips/cracks. It was something sticky on the windshield. I will never take my car back to Walmart Auto Center. If I could rate a zero I would.

Over 2 hours to change 2 tires for my car and I had an appointment. For my wife's car ordered her tires online but they never came in. They had the tires in store but refused to put them on her car because we ordered them online not in the store. Save yourself time and money just go somewhere else.
