One customer reported taking their vehicle in for a front-end shake check and new tires. They were subsequently informed of rear brake issues which were addressed. However, upon receiving the vehicle, the original front-end shake persisted, and the emergency brake was non-functional. A subsequent inspection at another shop revealed improperly balanced new tires, a significantly misaligned wheel alignment, and incorrectly adjusted rear brakes and emergency brake. Additionally, the second shop identified causes for the front-end shake that Tire Choice had reportedly overlooked. This customer expressed strong dissatisfaction, stating they were sent home with an unsafe vehicle and had to pay another shop to rectify the work performed by Tire Choice and address the initial problem.

Another customer shared an extremely negative experience involving tire removal on an F350 dually. They described the manager, Shane, as unprofessional and rude. According to the review, the technicians were unable to remove the tires and admitted to never having worked with dual wheels before. The vehicle was allegedly kept for two days without the tire service being completed. Furthermore, this customer reported an intermittent starting issue which they explained to Tire Choice, but instead of following instructions, the service center purportedly broke a battery cable, resulting in the failure of both batteries. This customer strongly advised others to avoid this store due to perceived incompetence and unprofessionalism.

Tire Choice Auto Service Centers Customer Reviews

I took my vehicle to Tire choice auto service center in urbana ohio store # 0282 I asked for a front end shake check and new tires a day later they called and quoted me new tires and said my rear drum brakes were locked up causing the shake so they quoted me a price and had that work performed when the vehicle was ready I went and paid for it and picked it up after hours then took it home and it still had the same front end shake aswell as the emergency brake did not work after the rear brake work they performed . So then the next day after Christmas I took it to another shop and they found the rear brakes pads and e brake were way out of adjustment and the new tires installed were not or improperly balanced and the alignment was way out of adjustment and had to be preformed also the other shop found a couple things causing the front end shake that tire choice deemed to be ok . Tire choice sent me home with an unsafe car and then I had to take it to another shop to get all their work that they performed fixed aswell as the original problem I hope they are not doing this to other customers aswell this is unacceptable to waste someone's hard earned money and time aswell .

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Tire Choice in Urbana, Ohio. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The manager, Shane, is unprofessional and downright rude. They were unable to remove the tires from my F350 dually. After I explained easier ways to do it and they initially agreed, they later claimed it was against policy this was day one. The manager called and stated it needed to wait overnight for their "diesel guy" to be there the next day. (Doing six tires should never need a diesel guy) But he was also unable to do it on day two. To make matters worse, their technician admitted they've never dealt with dual wheels before. This place is completely incompetent! On top of that, I informed them of an intermittent starting issue with my truck when I dropped it off and explained how to work around it. Instead of following my instructions, they ended up breaking my battery cable and killing both of my batteries. Absolutely unacceptable! I wouldn’t trust this place to work on a kids' Tonka truck. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all cost!

Started out good 2 months ago when I needed a new tire as one was damaged by a nail, got sold 2 new expensive that we did want, today service ended so badly I am writing this review which I never do. The Springfield location closed for good reason and others may not be far behind if the service is as much as a rip off as we found out. They sell you a "warranty" they won't give you a print out on, then when you need to use it to have a tire replaced, they charge you for installation, fees, and a ridiculous proration of the tire, and if you want the warranty to contine, you have to pay another $38 per tire all over again every time you use the "warranty." So when one of the new tires got another nail in it, we had to pay for a new tire that only had 2000 miles on it after 2 months, on a 50000 to 60000 mile top of the line tire. And they don't do alignment checks unless you ask, who knows if they even balanced the tires. Now we have to take the car to the dealer we can trust who will back up their work and not lie to their customers, to get the alignment checked so new tires are not ruined. I wish we had taken it to the dealer in the first place. I would never take any of our cars to this company again.

Great job, guys! Very good prices on an oil change. It was really quick. We got it done on a Saturday, and there weren't even any other customers to hold us up. I'll definitely go there again. No big story or anything to tell on this one.

When in for an oil change (includes tire rotation) and everything was completed within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised on how quick they got everything done. I highly recommend. Tire Choice for oil changes.

Never have been more disappointed with a tire service in my entire life I paid for an alignment a tire rotation and a oil change within one month my Van had started shaking again I realized when pumping up 1 of my back tires that my tires had never been rotated based on the fact that the lids on the valve stems are different on the back than they are the front and they had never been rotated because the same ones were still on the Bak I just recently went to change my oil again and they had tightened my oil filter down so much that they crack to the top of it I am so disappointed I will never ever be back please do not waste your money here it was the worst experience I've ever had.

Did a courtesy inspection, but never opened the hood. Marked things under the hood as ok, like the oil level. Been 3 times and problems 2 of the 3. I don't recommend.
