I needed brakes for the truck,so I stopped in the Urbana,Oh location for the parts that I needed. We had excellent service. The young man installed our windshield wipers very easily and he was also very nice. We purchased our wipers and had them installed in less than 10 minutes. It rained that day, so we were very happy that we had nice shiny new wipers to use.

The store manager here went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected of anybody and for that, I am deeply grateful. She came to the help when I was in a tight pinch. Everyday, I take care of people and never realized how deeply meaningful it is that a complete stranger would take a moment of their own time to care about someone else’s problem. Instead of feeling alone in the car problem I was facing, she stepped in and cared. Not only caring, she solved my issue. Being on the receiving end was a new experience for me and it renewed my understanding that as a nurse, the care I provide does make a difference. My experience with this store and the manager carried a deep impact for me. We don’t all get a thanks but I wanted to take a moment to say; Thank you so very much!!

Nice clean building. Grounds are maintained nicely. The inside of the building is nice and clean. Management does a great stop keep the place stocked and with a decent amount of employees.

Pat the manager is very knowledgeable and so nice when we have been in. We purchased three batteries from her and wiper blades she installed them all. We had an issue with one battery we went back she took it out checked things out and it just needed charged up for sitting to long. She's awesome!
