Suppose to open at 8am and Hear it is 8:10 and the manager is here but eating his breakfast in the back room with the doors locked..smh..called them and they won't answer the phone either..they have really went down hill in the past year..guess I'll just go to O'REILLY from now on..lot nicer and they actually have people working there that know what they are talking about...

Went in to get a passenger wiper blade replaced. As always, employees were very helpful. I mentioned that my back wiper blade was bad, but usually is never in stock anywhere. The store manager (Jason I think) assessed the situation and rigged up a makeshift wiper blade for me until I can order what’s appropriate. He went above and beyond for his customer, when he didn’t have to. That’s why I’ll be a repeat customer.

I am exhausted with the way I am treated in this store. Today I went in to exchanged a main relay. At first they didn't want to do the exchange because the part looked different. But the photo matched my part exactly. I do not blame them for that but the attitude they gave was disgusting. I worked for autozone for many years started off as a red shirt and made it to store manager. It is not my fault if a product designed is changed or if they sold me a returned part that wasn't properly checked. What truly bothers me is that my whole life I've only been going to autozone to purchase parts but every single time I've enter this store there is always an issue not only with me but also my father who has been buying since late 90. The fact that we have to go to orielys to just be treated right and to get the expertise we need because of this store failing us.

I bought new low beams for my car last night, and the employees were so helpful! One man put them in for me. It took him a long time because the old bulb had fallen through the car, and he took 20 minutes in the freezing weather to make sure he did the job right. This place is absolutely amazing! Store is ALWAYS well kept and clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. Store is always well stocked. The manager is polite helpful and polite. I drive out of my way to come to this particular auto zone location due to amazing service

My car battery needed replacing as it was over 6 years old. From leaving home and returning with a new battery it took me under 20 minutes. I have never had such quick service. I was very happy.
