Able to get in & out quickly. Would have been nice when I made my appointment to be told they charge extra if you use a credit card. I was lucky I had a personal check to pay. Otherwise it would have been a $20 fee!

The dealer said I needed two new tires for $680 but needed three days to ship. I took it to Trinity for a price on those tires. They quoted $550 with availability the next day, which was great, but then after looking at my tires informed me I don't need new tires! The dealer was trying to scam me! Trinity could have taken my money and I would have thought I got a good deal. Instead they were honest, didn't sell me what I didn't need, and they now have a customer for life.

They will place an order for things they might not have. Your always greeted with a smile. Their prices are comparable or cheaper than other places. If you want to honor a business that's owned by Christian owner and an owner that tells you they re- placed a part you can believe and trust it was replaced. They will not lie to you!!

I had my tires done last week. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the staff were on their lunch break. I parked beside my vehicle and they had left my vehicle unlocked. When they returned, I went inside to pay and get my keys. I informed them that they had left my vehicle unlocked, instead of apologizing they said that’s their normal practice and you must request to have your vehicle locked. What poor customer service. I will never take my vehicle there again.

I highly recommend Trinity Tire and Auto! I’m so thankful that I can say we are customers of Trinity Tire and Auto! They have been so helpful with my mother’s car repairs and maintenance. They are very professional and have the integrity that I haven’t seen in years. Josh and his team do a great job at a reasonable price. Thank You and keep up the good work!
