Do not get your oil changed here! I had mine changed in October of 2024. No one had been under my car since that day. A few days ago when I started my car all of the oil immediately dumped out. After having it towed to a mechanic I was told the reason why this happened was because the oil filter was not put on correctly, it was very loose and barely on there. That was the cause of all the oil coming out. The oil was also extremely black and looked like sludge. The mechanic said he highly doubted it was even changed in October based on the way it looked. I called and a manager was supposed to call me back but I still haven’t received a call. I will never go here for an oil change again.

The deal was great for a set of 4 tires and installation which is why I even considered coming to Walmart. First they canceled my first appointment and said they can’t install it then later that day they said I can reschedule if I wanted to. I made another appointment, came in and then they were not able to take off one of the tires, my husband was able to do it with a tool that he had in his car. They said they used the strongest tool they had and did not come off, gave me the tire but I had to go find a tire shop to swap it for me. Price was good but not sure if it’s worth the hassle.

I called to see if they had open availability for oil changes and I sat on the phone for 16 mins. The customer service department picked up 3 times to redirect the call back to the auto center 😂😂 I’m not even mad it’s really just sad. The store is so big they have no control!! FIRE THE AUTO CARE CENTER MANAGER!! Get control of your departments people!! 😂

10 minutes while phone rang. Nobody would answer. I'm not driving 20 minutes to find out they do or do not have my battery in stock. What a joke. I bet Sam Walton is rolling in his grave at how they are today.

Always closed early or doesn’t have any employees working! Really need a plug in my tire!! Update. Got my tire plugged the next day and took over 2 hours!! I also asked them to check the air in the other tires and on the paper I received they just typed in standard air amounts. Not what was actual showing. Why are more tire places not open more often?

I've always taken both my vehicles to get oil changes at Walmart because of its affordability and convenience, always get my groceries while the service is being done,. Last Wednesday when I went there, there were two very young people working there. They seemed to just walk around and look at the vehicles that were waiting to get serviced but did not approach any of them for a good 10 minutes, it wasn't until two of the people in the 5 vehicles including mine, got out of the vehicles that the young man started walking towards the vehicles in line. Not sure why, it just seemed like they weren't doing anything but I can't say, I don't know walmarts protocol. When the service was done and I got in my vehicle I noticed two things, there was oil spilled in the engine and not wiped off, understandable but could've easily been wiped off but my nice burgundy floor mat was stained with black oil I guess when the young man or young girl that were there drove my truck out to the parking lot they didn't care to use any protection on the inside of the truck which wouldn't have been noticeable if the mat was black but again, it's burgundy. Well it was, now it's burgundy with tho black shoe oil stains. This isn't a deal breaker, I will be taking my vehicle there, I guess walmart has a lot of employees and some can be not as experienced or not as attentive.
