All I can say is GOOD! Becky and Robert were so sweet to deal with. They made sure everything with my Honda Odyssey was perfect and just like how I purchased it brand new. They communicated with the update status multiple times a week. They went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. I was not expecting my car to be so clean on the outside and even the inside. I left my car a disaster in the inside and when I got in it I was not expecting it to be so clean. Thank you all so much for everything. You treated me like family and I will VERY HIGHLY recommend you all to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle. My car looks amazing and I am so pleased with how it turned out. I was rear ended and ended up bringing my car to Fred Anderson for an insurance claim repair which included replacing my bumper and rear quarter panel. I dropped it off on 12/2 and was told it would take a few weeks so I figured right around Christmas it would be done. I didn’t get my car back until 01/17. I was only contacted proactively 3 times and that was within the first 3 weeks. I didn’t mind the multiple times the pick up was delayed since I had a rental but I would be told an eta and that date would come and go, then 3 or 4 days later I would finally call for an update and be told a new eta and the cycle would start over. What annoyed me was I was told it was in the paint shop and would be ready for pick up on such and such date and when that time came to pass, again I waited days then called and was told my car was damaged on site after the repairs were finished and they had to fix that damage. Ok. They told me it would be ready Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I then call on Wednesday after the car was supposed to be ready and they tell me it’s in reassembly. I ask just how bad this damage was? Find out they replaced my door because it was hit most likely by a tow truck. They apologized for not telling me about it when it happened. Finally I’m able to pick up on 1/17 and the door was replaced but there’s a big chip in the handle (should have replaced that as well) and other chips and scratches that I’m certain weren’t there before when I dropped it off. I ask to see the pictures from before and he goes in and then comes back out and said that he looked at the insurance pictures and the damage is there. Did he bring the pics? Nope. I don’t want to go through a whole ordeal, I accept the car and leave. Are these damages in the insurance pics? Again nope. The work they did on the original damage looks great. Not excited about the lack of transparency, follow up and the additional damage that I’m fairly certain was not there when I dropped it off.

I’ve never had to go through anything like this before but Robert & Ms. Becky were absolutely wonderful. They were very honest & upfront about everything. Communication was great, I received updates & answers to any questions I may have had. I received my car looking like it came right off the showroom floor. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Collision in Greer.

A few months ago Fred Anderson repaired our car. We were referred to them through insurance but I would never do business with them again. We had to constantly stay on top of them, they had our car for over a month with no proactive communication. The bumper was painted before they ever even fitted it which is insane to me. But rest assured they made sure to run up the insurance bill for the 3 times the bumper went to paint. Do not use this company they are incompetent cannot communicate and are only in business to run up insurance checks

Took our SUV to this branch for an estimate. The estimator was friendly and told my husband he would call him back the next day, along with saying that they should be able get the SUV in the shop and fix it in a week, very positive. Since no one called the next few days, my husband gave them a call to get an update, no big deal. The receptionist who picked up said the estimator was out working and will have him call my husband back. The same thing happened the next two times my husband tried to reach the estimator. The answer was always "I'll drop a message and have him call you back." It'd been two weeks by the time my husband called the fourth time and received the same answer. There is still no call back. Not going to have our SUV fixed there anymore since apparently they don't want our business.

Stay away! Had a ‘23 Nissan Titan Pro 4X that had manufacturing defects with the paint. One of my door jams was not clear coated and the weather channel on the roof was missing paint. The Nissan dealership in Greer sent my truck over to this place because it was a warranty job and this is the body shop they use. Took it in on December 10, 2024 and got it back December 28, 2024. It came back worse than when it went in. This was a brand new truck with only 3 to 4 thousand miles on it. Not exaggerating when I say the truck was in perfect condition other than the defects when they got it. They ruined my interior. They didn’t cover anything! My radio was ruined. They scratched most of the plastic in the interior. I had white spots on the seats, dash, plastic trim, and the steering wheel. They scratched my bed caps and ruined my brand new running boards. When I showed them what they did the shop manager was very disrespectful and blamed the scratches on the passenger side on my Wife getting in and out of the truck. What? The dealership general manager was a joke. I sent the truck back multiple times for them to fix it. I live 30 minutes away so the gas going back and forth was on my own dime. They had to paint the roof twice. They didn’t do a great job reinstalling the panoramic sunroof because it rattled after I got it back. Nothing they did was quality. Every time I got it back they said they wouldn’t touch it again like I was the problem. I had to fight to get it halfway decent and eventually had to go all the way up to the body shop director at headquarters. Please don’t waste your time here! If I could give a 0 star review I would.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional work done on my 4Runner. The results are outstanding – my vehicle looks brand new! I was particularly impressed with the level of customer service I received. The weekly updates on the progress were greatly appreciated, and Mrs. Becky's kindness and attentiveness made the entire experience even better. I hope I won't need collision repair services again in the near future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to return to your facility. It was recommended that I stop by and let them take a look at my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a form, and then someone would be identified to inspect my vehicle. While waiting, I overheard a conversation with another couple who had wandered through the parking lot looking for their car. The young lady behind the counter had no idea where the vehicle was. A gentleman suggested checking another area. Then another gentleman walked in, asking about a Nissan and using it. There was a whole conversation about retirement—what it means to be semi retired —and who he was within the company and his former days. At that point, I walked out. Clearly, it wasn’t a priority to provide customer service to anyone unless you formerly worked for the company. Unfortunately, no one looked at my vehicle, and no one cared to call to follow up.
