Fred Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC Service

This dealership did not disappoint again. I purchased a new corvette from another reputable dealership out of state and had it delivered to me. Unfortunately when I took possession there was a malfunction with the vehicle that nobody was aware of and was not covered under warranty. Fred Anderson advocated for me and spoke with the original dealership (which they could have left it for me to fully do), My advisor Mitchel and service Dir. Zach with the help of the original dealership had me back on the road in 1 week. Everyday both dealerships kept me informed of where we were at. Mitchel got the approval for repair from the original dealership (very thankful for) and fixed it free of charge for me.

Yes!! I purchased my car in October 2024, love my ride! Had a lil issue with my sunroof completely went out in 2 months. I called explained everything to my salesman, it was gone for a week. Finally I was able to talk to service about my situation. I called left a message with Zach the sales manager I think he was and within a few hours Zach saved the day for me!! It was ready for pickup and fixed! I absolutely appreciate the quick response and solving the issue. Thanks you're the best!!!😉

Wofford Shipman is the best! He was so helpful, he answered all of our questions and was so patient. He made car buying so easy! We got a great deal and are so very happy and thankful! Caden was great as well. Appreciate you Wofford. Would highly recommend. Best customer service in town!

Enjoyable dealership experience at Fred Anderson. I was having routine service performed on my vehicle, as well as some warranty work and recall repairs. The entire staff was great. J was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to communicate and make this experience as smooth as possible.

I had an appointment for service and was told the appointment had to be changed. Ended up getting to the dealership early. Was told that the appointment after arriving at the dealership would need to be moved further into the day because of other work being done on a different vehicle. My service advisor Tyler B., told me that he would do all he could to get the service work done as quickly as possible, but advised that it could take all day. I told Tyler B. my service advisor, that was fine and that I would be able to wait for my vehicle, only to have the service work done to my surprise within an hour. The service advisor came to me and said the service work that I needed done on my vehicle had been moved to the front of the line and was completed. I was shocked and extremely grateful that my vehicle was able to be completed as quick as it was. Again I was able to wait longer for my vehicle, but glad it was able to be finished as fast as it was. Thanks Again.

Best experience I’ve had with a bodyshop! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. Not only did they do a beautiful job on my 4Runner the customer service was excellent. Mrs.Becky updated me weekly with the progress of my car and she was the absolute sweetest! I love my car and hopefully I won’t have to be back but if I ever have to this will be my place! Three strikes and you’re out! I have a 2024 GMC truck that I bought from this dealership. First time I went in for service when something did not work correctly on the the new truck. I was told that needed to have an appointment so that one took almost 3 hours when I wait on the vehicle that time. Then I went in for my first oil change with an appointment this still took over two hours. They said that was just a fluke that wouldn’t happen again today. My wife took in the vehicle for an oil change with a 9 o’clock appointment and did not leave until 11:20 once again was told it only take an hour max an hour and a half to change the oil. I would love to hear a response for this time could not talk with anyone, could not get an answer or anybody to return my call.

My vehicle was professionally serviced and cleaned. It received all the necessary and required maintenance. This dealership handled the pending maintenance repair from a previous dealership quickly and had the parts on hand. Received excellent service from the maintenance team and representative caring for my vehicle. They also provided a very thorough cleaning and washing of my vehicle. Thank you 😊
