Fred Anderson Hyundai Service Center

I came in two weeks ago thinking my car would have a quick fix. This is when I met the best and only Service member at Fred Anderson Hyundai of Greer. Michelle worked in circles around herself to get me and a couple other guest out quickly. Since given the rental, she has checked in with me three times via text making sure the rental was ok and communicating with me about my car. Upon picking up my car, she let me know that she herself text drove my car and asked if there would be anything else needed. Thank you so much for all you do Michelle!

I've gotta say at 54 I've bought more cars than I could count. I've never been treated better! KJ Allen was my salesman, awesome guy!! Same for the sales manager JJ Jordan, and my finance guy also (sorry can't remember his name) if you're looking for a great deal from a great group of guys go see them. 5*'s and some! Thank you all for treating so well.

Everyone at Fred Anderson was very nice and attentive. I got the car I wanted, thanks to Rachel finding it for me. A little confusion about money, but otherwise I was very happy!

We had a positive experience when purchasing our new Tuscan at Fred Anderson Hyundai. Our salesman Matthew was courteous and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured at any time and felt like everyone went above and beyond to make the deal that worked best for us. Highly recommend this dealership for any car needs.

Overall, it was a good experience. The service desk person who helped me, Cortland Butler, did a pretty good job. I had an appointment to have the oil and filter changed, my tires rotated, and my brake fluid changed. The reason that I didn’t give a higher rating is because when they rotated my tires and aligned it, the car would pull to one side when the technician test drove it. They tried to troubleshoot the problem, but couldn’t figure it out. They put the tires back in their original place and rechecked the alignment to make sure everything was within tolerance

I have to admit I hate going to dealerships for car maintenance - but I had to go for a couple of recalls. Upon working on the recalls they also did an inspection which I wasn't expecting. The technician mentioned something about my oil consumption! When I heard that on the video they sent me, I went and talked to them - because I had noticed an oil consumption issue over my past couple of oil changes and I spoke to them about my concerns. They were AWESOME in getting back to me and explaining what they think is going on with my car! I mean, I'm not a mechanic and I don't know tons about cars but I know enough! They did WAY MORE than I expected and then explained things to me and talked about the cost. Overall, fabulous service and I hate to say it, but better than the other place I go to!

Fred Anderson Hyundai of Greer is an outstanding dealership. The service department goes above and beyond in customer care and satisfaction. In my experience, the service department can make or break the success of a dealership. Bad reviews will drive business away. That is not the case with Fred Anderson Hyundai. They really take care of the customer as well as offering competitive pricing. Brett helped me out today with my oil change and routine maintenance. He was very helpful, polite, and kept me informed all along the way. I recommend Fred Anderson Hyundai to friends who are in the market for a new car or in need of vehicle service and maintenance.

I have used this dealership several times for routine maintenance with no issues until I had a repair and things changed drastically. I had issues with incomplete work and people not returning calls. When I contacted them about my concern, my account was conveniently not documented nor my follow up appointment set up. When I followed up with Michelle my service tech, she was very argumentative and unprofessional. Even though she confirmed my outstanding issue was documented in the original repair she would not guarantee any additional fees. I left a message with the service manager, and he never returned my call. All I wanted was the original repair done correctly and completely. I have lost all confidence in this dealership. They have poor communication and do not guarantee their work.

Love this dealership! Took my Palisade in for routine maintenance and the process was very efficient. My work was completed in less time than expected. Asst Svc Mgr Brett was exceptional in providing an outstanding customer experience! They even sent me a video text of the technician doing the services as he was completing them and how it was going - that was awesome!
