I contacted AWRS after getting a quote from Owen for $300 to repair my rim. I spoke with Mikey. They picked my rim up, repaired it and dropped it back off. Flawless and friendly service!

I had a locking lug nut that Porsche could not remove. I tried everywhere before stopping at Alloy Wheel Repair, the guy at the front desk went out of his way to help me and completed the task with care and precision! Then I asked what I owed and he said no charge. If you need wheel repair this is a place who understands that helping others in turn helps you!!! Many thanks

Updated review Feb 3: I called this morning and spoke with Mikey. Unfortunately they do not have cameras where my vehicle was while waiting for the repair so nothing can be done. He was genuinely concerned when he read my review. He apologized and offered to reimburse me for the items taken. I didn't have anything of high monetary value in there so I declined that. But he insisted on giving me something so I have a voucher for a free wheel repair in the future. They did a wonderful job on the repair and took responsibility for what happened. I really couldn't ask or expect more than that and I'm grateful they took the issue seriously. I will use this business in the future if needed even without a voucher. Original review Jan 31: I have not dealt with this place directly yet, but I will be talking to them on Monday. This review is just a warning to others. If they have your vehicle overnight or a couple of days like in my case they will not lock your vehicle and you may get robbed like I just did. Kia of Greer used this place to have some wheel damage repaired for me and I picked my car up today. Immediately I noticed that the inside was trashed and my stuff was missing. I'm not able to do anything about it now since they are closed until Monday but use them at your own risk!!! I'll update with what their response is to this when I have one. On another note my wheels do look brand new so they do a good job, but not at the risk of having this happen to you.

I brought a cracked 20" wheel that was losing air to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of the Midlands and they had it back to me in under a week. The wheel was balanced perfectly with no shakes or wobbles. The price was also fair, especially considering the turn around time. If I need another wheel repaired I'm going back to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of the Midlands.

Very good experience! Came in first thing in the morning, got an estimate and left the rim, 3 hours later got a phone call that rim is already fixed (got a small bend on inside part of the OEM Honda rim). Brought with me brand new tire and got it installed and balanced right away. Very appreciated for service and quick turn around. Hopefully not, but if something happens I will definitely come back and will recommend them to my Friends!

I had wheels damaged by a local tire installation store and was referred to Alloy Wheel Repair in Greer to fix the wheels as part of an insurance claim. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The wheels look new and they were easy to work with. I would recommend them highly to anyone! That said, pay attention to the "service charge" that they add to the total bill when you pay by card. It is not a big deal, but was frustrating and so if you know about it on the front end then you won't be annoyed and distracted from the excellent work that they do. (I do wish they could just include that small charge in their initial pricing estimates - in my case, I was reimbursed for the repair charge by the insurance claim but not for the service charge since it was not included in the estimate - if it was just part of the price then it would be covered in such situations). Overall though, excellent work and will definitely use again if I need wheels repaired.

I had a vibration issue with my truck. I was told by another shop it was a bent rim on the left rear. Alloy checked it, didn't find an issue, then proceeded to check the other rims. Still no issues. Unfortunately the vibration is still there, but I know the rims and tires are good.
