I have had a couple different vehicles from KIA since 2013. I have always had good experiences with KIA and I have always been taken care of. I was in a tough situation with having a tree fall on my vehicle due to the Helene storm and needed to go out of town for my Birthday a couple weeks after. I did not expect to get in another vehicle so fast but Nic and Kevin made that possible for me. When I got this new Kia Sportage the service was nothing short of Excellent!! Kia, Zander, Nic and Kevin all helped with getting me in my new vehicle. I would call them the wow team because it was such a wow experience!!! Thank you Nic for helping me decide which vehicle would be the best fit for me. I love my new Sportage it's a perfect fit for me!!! I couldn't be happier!

I usually get my oil changed and my tires rotated at the Fred Anderson Greer SC location. This is my third Kia never had any problems at all with either of them. David in service usually helps me and soon as i arrive he waits on me. Always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm in and out quickly.. So, i always hope he's not busy when i arrive so he can wait on me....... So, if you need your oil changed in a hurry go see David @ Fred Anderson Kia of Greer in service department of course i had an appointment. David will make sure you get in and out quickly.....

We recently had the oil changed in our Kia, at Fred Anderson Kia of Greet service dept. We always have a good experience here. We bought my 2014 Kia Soul here and have it serviced there as well. They are so friendly. The Service Dept staff are all pretty great. I never worry about my vehicle ever. I know its taken care of, we trust them. The manager of the service dept is the best. We did have a bit of a wait, they do get very busy, and they did get us in last minute, so wait or not, its so worth it. The Service Dept manager noticed we had been there awhile, he checked on us and then went to see what was going on. I like him best cause he is honest. Didn't make excuses, didn't sugar coat it. We appreciate that, he got us taken care of right away. Its hard to find good people like that these days. They have never tried to get us to get extra services unless absolutely needed, there is no pressure. We appreciate that as well. I highly recommend. We return every 6 months. I love my Kia and drive nothing else. Thank you Fred Anderson Kia of Greet service dept!! You're the best!!

Oil change Not great. A good amount of oil was spilled on my hood and also under the hood. Howie was friendly and helpful but I’m not happy with how my car was returned.
