Walmart Auto Care Centers

I made an appointment and they “worked on my car” for an hour and a half just to tell me they couldn’t install my new tires because I was missing a lug nut. Why did they not tell me that at the start? Would give 0 stars if I could :)

Bought tires today and had them installed. I ran over something and didn't see or feel anything on the way home 20 minutes after my tires were put on. Nobody offered me roadhazzard protection before installing the tires. They refused to replace or fix the tire when I brought it back less than an hour later. Walmart basically stole $100 from a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income. I have no more money and I had to abandon the only vehicle I got that gets me to my doctor's appointments, at Walmart because I couldn't drive it. Avoid this place. They rip you off. Then leave you hanging.

Ordered tires and set an appointment online with no issues. Gabriel and the crew took good care of my car and had me ready to go in about an hour. I had a great experience and would recommend them.

THIS PEOPLE DAMAGE MY CAR RIMS, AVOID YOURSELF A HEADACHE!! I went this place to replace my tires, when I went back to pickup my car the rims have scratches (never have scratches on my rims never change my tires before or have accidents) tried talked to the staff they can’t do anything to contact there manager, just told me call the next day to talk to the manager Vicky…Call the next day to talk the manager “Vicky” she isn’t the manager and can’t give me a solution. Waiting the manager contact me or corporate contact me with a solution!!!

I had an emergency blown tire and was in a complete panic not knowing how to fix it. I showed up at the Hendersonville car care center and was Greeted by Robert. He listened to my issue and warned me that it was late and it may have to wait but he went and talked to the Service Manager, Adam. These gentlemen were absolutely amazing!!! The level of professionalism at the end of the day was astounding and I now have a brand new tire. Thank you Adam and Robert. You have earned a permanent customer forever!

Went to the auto care center in Hendersonville, North Carolina. I was told over the phone that I would get a hazard warranty since I was Walmart plus and I was also purchasing the tires from them. They couldn’t get the tires for me in a timely fashion so told me to order them online Which I did they would not allow me to send them to Walmart so I had to have them sent to my house. Had the tires mounted and balanced at the auto care center after paying I looked at my bill and realized there was no hazard warranty so I asked the first gentleman said that they would have to rewrite it The second gentleman said no because the tires were delivered to my house to which I replied they wouldn’t deliver Them here. He said we don’t know what kind of damaged could’ve occurred before they got here., Then the gentleman that was waiting on me said just don’t hit any potholes or run over a nail and you’ll be fine Saying don’t hit any potholes in North Carolina is like saying don’t breathe!!!! Very disappointed and I’ve learned my lesson about Walmart. Also, the bill stated that I declined road hazard coverage!!!
