Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I called before I showed up to make sure there was someone there that could help me with windshield wipers. When I walked in, five grown men were standing at computers looking busy. No one said hi or acknowledged me while I stood there obviously needing assistance. There were only two other people checking out. When one of the guys finally acknowledged me, he looked up the wipers and said he only had the less expensive brand, which was fine. Then he said they were on aisle two, and it was clear he had no further interest in helping me. Okkkkaaaayy….not terribly familiar with the windshield wiper world, but I took a look. I went to aisle 2 and saw the hundreds of wipers and thought NOPE, and walked out. If you’re a female alone looking for help at this place, don’t bother. You’ll be made to feel very uncomfortable. I went to Auto Zone right down the street and they were great. I bought the wipers and they were installed all within 10 minutes.

My mother called to make sure they had the radiator she needed, they told her yes and they would hold it. She wasn’t able to go get it so I went later that day. Upon arrival the guy said he had no idea about it but searched the entire store and apologized that they did not have one and whoever said that it was there must not have looked because the computer said 1 in stock. He was very helpful and told me he can have it shipped overnight and it’ll be there first thing or by 11:00am. Went in next morning about 8:00am and was told yeah it’s here, then rudely told it’ll be 11:00 and walked away. Then my mother calls at 11:30 to make sure it’s there and they said no, try again at 5:00pm and was very rude and proceeded to hang up. This store is absolutely awful.

I had the pleasure to be helped by John. He has a passion for the work he does and helping people like me with not much knowledge on cars. While working on my battery he explained to me the process and answered each of my questions. It is hard to come across great human beings and he is definitely one. Thank you John!

I went in last week to return something and had a little trouble with the return money going on my card. John was super helpful in making sure the money got returned and he was kind and helpful the whole time. Great customer service and overall good experience thanks to John
