Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Employees are knowledgeable, trustworthy and thorough. Each time I have a concern, the staff has come out to look at my vehicle and go through recommendations with me. Most recently they were able to finish installing new tires and realigning my car earlier than expected. I am very happy with their services and have recommended them to many friends and family members. I will be a customer for life!

This used to be the best place in town to go. They have a new manager and it has gone to hell. Went in for an inspection, nobody there to do one. Went by to get air put in a tire and check for leak, nobody there to do that. Tried 3 different times to get an appointment for an oil change, weeks out. The last oil change I got there, I tried to use a coupon that MR TIRE mailed me and it specifically had the location on the coupon. Nope, they would not take that either. I have used them for over 7 years for all my oil changes, tires and some mechanical work. Their loss because I will not be back.

Went in to get new battery for my truck. Staff was friendly and helpful got me in and out within an hour. I hadn’t been to Mr Tire in long time but plan to start using them again for service needs etc…

Based on the great reviews, I tried, twice to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. For the first one, about 10 days ago, after waiting an hour, and noticing that the car was still in the parking lot, untouched, I left. The manager apologized for being short staffed and asked me to reschedule for the next week. On my 2nd attempt last Wednesday, after waiting 45 minutes and the car was still sitting in the parking lot, I once again left. The manager apoligized one more time. On Thursday, I sent a note to the customer service dept and haven't heard a thing. 2 stars for having a friendly manager.

My mother has stopped here a number of times and they have been so fair, kind and helpful. She has mentioned it so many times that we made a special stop so I could get info, pictures and post this review. We highly recommend Stuart Weiss!!! I love someone who takes care of people, especially elderly grandmothers!!!
