Quick Lane at Parks Ford Hendersonville

Been using Quick Lane since buying my truck— as someone who prefers to do my own work, I’ve been very happy with their quality and professionalism. However, today, they went above and beyond after I got a flat shortly after getting a tire rotation. After a quick phone call, two techs came to my location to assess and repair; they knew I had my young son with me and made sure to respond quickly. Despite the issue being unrelated to services done that day (a big old bolt punctured it) I was not charged for anything. Thank you guys for always going the extra mile! You are very appreciated!

Not enough times anymore it seems you come across super high quality people in their jobs who care and really do an above and beyond experience. At the Quick Lane behind Parks Ford my experience was phenonemal. Specifically Mike was a tremendous help for me on a crazy week. He not only pushed my truck to get done sooner than initially promised. That would have been just excellent service. But Mike and his team went way above board and helped me with some difficult random issues i was having with my f350. He not only called some family and friends but his father even offered to come down and help me with an after market hitch that they dont even sell. Just to have me whole so i could set out on a long trip to Florida before the snow hit. They helped me out at my truck, in the cold mind you, with some issues I was having. Called a long time friend and colleague to help troubleshoot another problem that has been plagueing my truck for a long time and came up with a possible solution for when i get back from my trip. You simply cannot find a more determined and helpful team that i had that day to help get my wife and I what we needed that week. Amazing crew.. again Mike specifically there…. needs a raise as he is truly an impecable employee that makes his company shine. Thanks Mike and team!!

Each time I bring my car in, the crew at Quick Lane takes care of me! The service is prompt, accurate and reasonably priced. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Team at Quick Lane Ford is helpful and polite. I have used them 3 times and each time they gave me honest appraisals. Even did work on my tire to determine it was unrepairable at no cost. Highly recommend.
