First Aid Collision Hendersonville

A deer darted out in front of my car over a month ago, and did quite a number on my HRV. As you can see the before and after photo- you cannot tell anything ever happened! I am so happy with all the hard work that went into fixing my car. I am grateful and thankful I chose FAC to fix my car. First Aid Collision is the body shop I picked to go to based on reviews, and I am pleased to announce: each glowing review is right on the money! The front desk is the face and first impression of any business- and Amie is the shining star of this show. (The constant communication is what I believe sets FAC apart from every other body shop I checked out before choosing FAC.) Amie is excellent at customer service- she kept in contact with me every step of the process. She answered all my questions quickly and proficiently. She is knowledgeable, gets the job done, and she genuinely cares about the customer. The work done was impeccable and I also picked FAC because they are advertised as certified in American Honda Motors. Using authentic Honda parts was important for me, and they did not disappoint. My car looks beautiful - and I am so happy to have it back!!! 😊😊 If you ever find yourself in an unpleasant situation like I did; look no further-FAC is the place to go to. Highly recommend!

They do excellent work - previously damaged area essentialy looks new! However, it did take much longer to complete repairs on my vehicle than estimated, but I chalk that up to the time of year (Holidays), waiting on insurance approvals, and others also trying to get repairs after Hurricane Helene. I would still highly recommend them in the future (they even washed/cleaned the car before I picked it up)!

Collision First Aid is an amazing body shop! Throughout the entire process, I felt like they were working for me. Their text system is great, they will keep you up to date on your maintenance. Amie especially was such a help! They also got me in immediately, when all other shops i called were weeks booked. The work itself looks great, they took very good care of my car and me. Highly recommend.
