The staff here were incredible. They were very busy when I arrived but that didn’t stop them from providing excellent service. I had a dead, badly corroded battery. Bud took the time to explain everything to me, go over pricing, replaced the battery, and cleaned my terminals. He was friendly throughout the process.

I have always had a good experience in this store until yesterday evening. I had a headlight bulb that needed to be replaced. I found it myself in the store and when I approached the counter, I asked if someone could help me replace it in my car. I was told that the salesman could not leave the store as he was the only one in the store at that time. The other associate was outside helping another customer with his vehicle. I said I would wait for the associate outside to help me when he was finished help the other customer. I then asked for the normal discount I receive as public safety and the associate laughed telling me there wasn’t one but he would give it to me anyway. I left the store and when the outside associate was finished with the other customer, he said he was not allowed to help me. After I told him the associate inside said he would help me. He replaced the bulb and I went on my way. I feel like the inside associate was rude and somewhat disrespectful. His attitude was very bad. I will take my business to O’Rileys or other Auto parts stores in the future.

I recently moved to the area and found the staff at this location particularly helpful. I wish I had all the names, but Bud in particular has been super helpful and always eager to assist. Really appreciate your help. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks

Management has a sorry attitude. Initially refused to get the part I requested, even though it was in stock. Not kind at all to an elderly couple in the store.

I needed windshield wipers and the guy (I didn’t get his name) found the wipers for me and went straight to the parking lot to install. Great customer service and efficient. I highly recommend.

I go in cuz i need to buy hoses while waiting on someone from the back to tell me what size i needed (Still learning about this stuff) i looked at electrical connections and herd the employee i spoke to telling the man who supposedly knows about cars that he just doesn't want to look at "that car" You work at an automotive store customers come in for parts for cars in good and bad shape what a rotten human being to avoid doing his job to sell parts because he doesn't like the customers car. If you don't like when customers are constsntly coming in needing parts for a car to rebuild then find another job. Have the day you deserve I'm calling corporate Monday, if it's not your car don't worry about what it looks like or what parts it needs that up to the owner of the vehicle not you. Autozone is infamous for not hiring people with knowledge on cars now autozone will be infamous for refusing to help a customer find the right size hoses to buy in order to be petty and spiteful, every time i go to a auto zone i know more about parts than the person behind the counter but 1 of the few times i don't and need assistance tp buy the right size part this is what i encounter.
