Walmart Auto Care Centers

It was a little busy, like more appointments than they can handle. They told me an 1 hour and 15 mins for my two tire change, it was probably closer to an 1 and 45 mins. Aside from that, excellent customer service. All the workers were genuinely friendly and helpful. Handled the volume as best as they could and still took time to explain things to you.

Needed 4 tires quick for a 1,000 mile trip that day, and 2,000 more miles in the next 2 months. and had to be out of there to pick up the kids on time, they did a great job. Found out after my first 1,000 got a nail in tire, the lady at the desk didnt listen and didn't give me the tire road hazard like i asked... Knowing I was about to do 3,000 miles it would have been absolutely stupid for me not to get it. So when I got a nail in it wasn't covered i had to buy a whole new tire, i wasnt happy about that part ..

I dont know what i expected from walmart but 🤷‍♂️ the lack of professionalism is obvious the second you walk back there, they are extremely rude and have difficulty explaining the simplest of problems, go anywhere other than walmart is all i recommend, stay safe and dont get scammed by people that dont have a clue what they are doing 👍

Worst service ever .My appointment was at 7:00 am ,I got there at 6:55 but it was close.I have parked the car in front and waited.Nobody showed up by 7:10 so I decided to knock at the door.The person that opened the door for me said they should open soon .They all showed up at 7:15 needed to start computers ,get dressed,go in the back get my tires ,by the time I was checked in it was 7:35/7:40 I should have left by that time but they just pulled my car in .Definitely not going back,do yourself a favor and stay away .Last thing ,I have a manual transmission car and I was not allowed to pull the car in ,but the person that did it didn’t know what he was doing.It was a pain for me watching him driving my car .

Prepaid for tires and installation online. Called to reschedule, no one ever answers. Service desk hangs up. So I go, in person, to reschedule and later get a text reminding me of the appt. I get there for the appointment, no appt. in their system. He tries to fix it, only to charge me for the tires again! Can't do it today. Had to go back later that day to demand a refund for the 4 tires he charged me for while trying to fix the issue. Never again. Charged twice, then turned away. Went to Firestone next door and got it done that same afternoon.

I am sitting here waiting. Appointment for 4:00. They pulled my car in at 4:35. Pulled it out at 4:55. Thought it was done....NOPE THEY PULLED SOMEONE ELSES CAR IN AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD START MY CAR IN 20 MINUTES. This is ridiculous!
