Honest, and insightful. They will honestly inform you of your vehicles condition, and even their thoughts on its past based on what they observe while working on it. They aren’t pushy and you can tell they’re being honest. Prior to bringing my car in I checked it out myself, finding what I believed to be the issues and upon taking it in it was reassuring to see that everything they mentioned I already was aware of from checking out myself and it proved at least to me that they’re not dishonest or unable to diagnose properly.

If you need your car taken care of, go to Harb's. Incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best mechanic experience I have ever had. They explained everything and handled my car with care. These folks genuinely want to help us who don't have extensive knowledge of cars. 10/10, will absolutely be taking my car back if needed and will be referring people to them!

I used to think very highly of this place, until they unfortunately charged my naïve father 400 dollars for a new starter + labor… very frustrating as the part is a rather small fraction and it isn’t a complex repair.. others quoted under 200 for new starter + labor - won’t recommend and won’t return Another reason - at least 2 years ago we took my 2018 Toyota Camry in here for an oil change and they proceeded to tell me I needed a new battery because it was still the “original”… yes it was, but it still had plenty of juice left in it because well here we are 2 years later and I am still rocking with the same battery that just now failed a test. Disappointing overall, he would’ve normally never came here, but they said they could do it for him the next day and he wasn’t sure what our normal mechanics schedule looked like. Bummer.

We took our auto to Harb's after a failed e-check. Ronnie took time and explained everything he was doing to the car. I totally understand stand now how the system works and why it failed after he explained. One week after the repairs we returned to e-check and passed no problem! Thank you Harb's!

I have used their service twice and and both times nothing short of excellence each time. Ronnie and his crew not only explained the why/what service was needed but took the time show me. Pricing was fair and honest. Was recommended by a friend and I will not only continue to use their service but to also refer others!

These guys seriously rock! i spent 3 hours going place to place after work to find someone to just pull a screw from my tire and patch it and these guys went and did it in 5 minutes and surrounding places were giving me 4 hour wait times to do it or getting asked if i can leave my car there for a quick job. Now I can go home and sleep. I honestly recommend you go to them for auto work you can't go wrong! 💙
