We are from Michigan I was here for work. Our car started making bad grinding noises after we got to Parma. I looked this place up by reviews they did not disappoint! Cody waited on my husband Kevin and got our car in for a safety check. We live 300 miles away! It's really scary having to have work done out of town/ state! But this place lived up to thier reviews all the way! Customer care and very fare pricing was great! Just the fact they took into account the situation! We have to leave Thursday! The appointment was at 8:00 am and Kevin was on the road by 10:00 am. The shop put 2 mechanics on the job and got us up and going! Thanks Cody and the team at Parma autoworks! I’m glad to know this shop! I’ve only lived in the area for a couple years, and have had varied experiences with mechanics. Recently a shop that was around the corner from my home did a really bad job on a front wheel bearing replacement, and because of the circumstances I started to look for another mechanic that actually takes pride in their work and is honest. Roger and his son were highly recommended by several people from the area (I live in Fairview park but work in Parma). They fixed the issue I was still having with my wheel bearings very quickly, and only charged for a bit of labor. They gave me a heads up that I would be needing new brakes soon, and they were exactly correct. I’m so glad that I had them to go to! They were able to get my car in for an estimate in about 1.5 business days, and had the work completed and ready to pick up at 11:30 the morning after dropping it off. They also replaced my serpentine belt that had been driving my neighbors crazy from noise, and completed an oil change. The price for everything was more than fair, and less than I expected. They definitely have a new and loyal customer in me, and I have joined the club of people that highly recommend them to others!

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I have a hard time trusting auto repair shops. They brought out the old part from my car to explain what the problem was. I appreciate the education so I know what to keep an eye out for next time. Will definitely return.

I’ve been going to Roger for almost 6 years now and I have never ever trusted a mechanic more than Roger. When Roger becomes your mechanic he becomes family as well that’s how much he makes you feel comfortable enough to make sure you’re in good hands. I’ve come to Roger when I needed something done and he took care of it right AWAY because one thing about Roger is he will make sure you are safe the moment that car leaves his shop. Roger and his staff are the most trustworthy, reliable mechanics I have ever met. If you aren’t going to Parma AutoWorks you’re missing out!

They do not have at all good mechanics. I went to do my brakes pads and calipers on 3 different occasions within 1 year and they do not do at all quality work. The owner is the only good quality mechanic there but just oversees the other mechanics who do really shoddy work on my car. They do not honor warranties when something is done from them in a short period of time. They just take your money and when something breaks down again they ask for more on the same work that they did. I will not and never again go to them. I went to another well known auto repair shop and they treated me well gave me a fair price and did quality outstanding work on my car that Parma Autoworks was supposed to do on 3 separate occasions. If it gave me the option of 1 to 5 here rating I would give it a complete 0.

My husband and I were having electrical issues with my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. For weeks, it was acting up. If the dash wasn't going haywire, then it was my car wouldn't start or it wouldn't turn off without having to unplug the battery and sometimes even the alternator. So after research and watching countless videos, my husband decided to take it to a shop. After a few phone calls with no luck, he came across Parma Autoworks. The customer service was top tier in answering all of our questions(we had a lot lol) and getting us in asap. When I say these guys worked overtime trying to fix our issue, they worked overrr timeee! It was resolved the next day! The guys here helped my family out tremendously in ways they don't even know! Thank you from me and my family. If you need work done on your vehicle, go to Parma Autoworks. I swear they will take care of not only your vehicle but you and your family as well!
