Meineke Car Care Center

I usually dread taking my car in, but this shop really impressed me. It can be hard to trust a mechanic not to exaggerate issues or recommend unnecessary work, but these guys have great integrity. They clearly explained what repairs were critical and what could wait, with fair pricing and no pressure. My car was ready exactly when they promised, and it's a relief to know you're being treated honestly and fairly. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Meineke by a family member, my quote for tires was very reasonable. The service was performed efficiently and done in a reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with this Meineke,and,will definitely return for my future car care. Joe is also a very personable team member to deal with !

Recently, I had several problems with my car and I needed to take it someplace for repair work. I was recommended to go to Meineke Car Care Center on Ridge Road. Am I glad I went there! From the time I called to make an appointment until the time we picked up the car, I was impressed by their fast service and their reasonable prices. My thanks to Lenny, Joe, and the entire staff for their prompt attention. I was impressed by their service and the fact that they did not try to sell me unnecessary repair work. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will definitely return there for any future car repairs.

Meineke on Ridge Rd helped me get my vehicle back up and running. The level of trust so far is exemplary.My initial visit was diagnosed as a loose battery cables which came at no charge and should not have. I had to return again due to the wire connection to my starter after a more thorough investigation.The tow there possibly caused an error message to appear on my dash after drop off, one of the technician came out explaining everything thoroughly as he cleared each code. I can’t remember his name but I do remember his face. Lenny was the person who assisted me throughout most of this experience.all of the men at this location are very patient and friendly. While I was waiting I overheard a phone conversation with another customer regarding his tire they went above and beyond the norm to assist him.One of the technician(I believe)even offered to share his pizza. Overall just a friendly community business that seems to care about its customers. Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and their overall respect, honesty and care for the customer will definitely have me returning back when needed. I highly recommend. Thanks Again for getting my Jeep back on the Rd.

Incredible experience with even better customer service. this place is amazing wasn’t charged for the bells and whistles and gave a reasonable quote to ensure the quality of the work. Recommend highly. Coming from Michigan to see this kind of integrity speaks volumes. shows that there are honest people out there that actually care about your business instead of trying to hustle more money out of you.

This place is the best! These guys do fantastic work and I trust them more than any one for any work or inspections on my vehicles. Every car I've owned over the past 15 years (and plenty that didn't pass their rigorous and honest inspection) has been inspected by Lenny, Josh, Joe and their team. Will be coming here for as long as these guys are running the place

Thank you so much for helping me with my dad’s car. My dad is very ill, and I came in short notice in need of two new tire replacements that the car needed desperately. The gentlemen there located those two tires and had them installed in 1.5 hours. It happened so seamlessly and very fair priced. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Lenny and his team are always great. Efficient and quality service every visit. Very nice too! I get my regular maintenance, brakes, anything else here and am always happy. Just replaced all my tires at an affordable rate too. Would recommend to anyone

Phenomenal customer service. Drove here frantic with a flat tire because I couldn’t get air in it and they filled it up for me free of charge. Took the time to look for my wheel lock since it was missing from my trunk from a previous mechanic. Gave me loads of advice and recommendations for my vehicle even though I was going to get the service done at a different mechanic shop. They also took their time and tried their hardest to get my difficult wheels on my mini cooper. They are a genuine mechanic shop that doesn’t take advantage of you. All women out there worry about mechanics trying to upsell us just because we don’t know about cars. This is not the case for this shop. They explain things to you and even offer you cheaper options at other shops if theirs are too pricy for you. I highly recommend going to them and will definitely be back for any future car problems! Also, Joe is a cool dude who gives great advice and the gentleman with the white hair and blue eyes is very kind and generous!
