O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went to Autozone tonight for a new battery and before I even told them the make and model of my car they told me they couldn't put one in for me even if I bought it from them. They said they didn't do it on certain cars and it was "too cold." So I called this O'Reilly's store and they told me to come right in and that it would be no problem! Bud (and the man on the phone I didn't get his name) Were super friendly and helpful! Bud put my battery in super fast even though it was cold out, 10/10 experience I will be going there for all of my future needs!

Will and Seth helped me choose the correct windshield wiper when I didn’t know what to choose AND showed me how to install them. This is now the only auto parts store I’ll ever use.

First off its O'Reilly Autopart often under the shadow of some of the bigger stores out there! I myself sorta forget about you guys and I don't know why!! Because I can go to 5 places and not find my parts locally then get to you guys and you have my parts right there!! I personally need to get my life together and start comming to you guys first!! I would save myself so much time and frustration!!! Keep stocking all those f350 parts for me!!

Best auto parts store on the west side I'm so pleased that I got my part I couldn't find it anywhere else and the staff here was way more competent than any staff at any other auto parts place and I've been to six today. Ashonde is a gentleman and a scholar and this young man deserves a raise!

Today, Bud was a customer service champion! I live in Shaker Heights but store #5850 will always be my store for satisfying the auto part needs for my 23’ Kia Sportage. I explained to him that I had purchased my bulbs from the Lee Road O’Reilly’s some weeks ago. Yet, shortly after leaving the store my brake warning light illuminated again. I happened to be in need of wiper blades so I stopped at the Parma O’Reilly’s. The tech quickly squared me away with the blades, but when I mentioned the brake light issue he said I needed to go to the store I originally purchased them from because it’s likely the tech touched the bulb. I went back to that store on four separate occasions and each time I was told I needed to come back because of manning. With the exception of 1 time, there was always 2-3 techs present behind the counter. On two occasions Damien told ne to come back because but I watched as he and other techs left the store counter to install wipers or check a customer’s anomaly under the hood. I want the General Manager at #5850 to give Bud a great big raise because he never checked the system to see if I had in fact purchased my bulbs from O’Reilly’s….he just asked me if I had the other bulb, confirmed that the brake light wasn’t illuminating and proceeded to installing the other bulb from the 2-pack. He was extremely pleasant and professional, with the most brightest and cheerful smile! He made my day, and added a sunny spot to my week’s end!!!! VR Stacey

Woody and the other gentleman, didn’t catch his name, but they both were a huge help in changing out my wiper blades as well as helping me to learn how to patch my own tire. Thanks very much! And I will be bakc for other auto needs! Great Service!
