JJ and his crew did an amazing job. I had a little situation and needed some bumper work. I went to a few other shops and my last stop was here. Their quote was in the same ballpark… a little cheaper. The cost of parts are the cost of parts. However, the amount of time it would take to order parts and get my car back was insanely different. Other places quoted weeks. 2 weeks to get my car in and 10 days to do the work. For a bumper! I cant even imagine how long it would take if the damage was more extreme. JJ quoted me a few days to get the parts and a few hours for the labor. From the first visit to getting my car fixed up was 7 days and that’s because of my own schedule. The atmosphere and vibe of the place was different as well. More of a “friend” feeling and less of just another customer. I felt like he was charging me what he would be charging a friend of his or a friend of his kids. I definitely felt taken care of. When finished I got in my car and for a split second I thought I got in the wrong car, my car was cleaned. It looked like a brand new car from the outside to the inside. Totally unexpected and definitely appreciated. The experience was so good I would never think of another shop. Which is great because my son is about to start driving and who knows how that will go. Customer for life!

There are working a very good guys! They did me touch up on the door of my car for free. That's not like new but it's safe from rust. The paint that place would cost around $200. Thanks them!

My wife's 2023 Prius' bumper had a large gouge from a bump she incurred. She was devastated because the wind chill pearl color was a special color for that yr. that she loves. The color was matched beautifully and the car was washed inside out. To boot the price was the best offer. And the job was done in just a few days! Wonderful staff there.

I spoke with JJ about getting a brand new OEM bumper painted for my Nissan 370Z. He quoted a price and i dropped the bumper off. I got a call asking if they could paint it all white instead of the black and white its supposed to be from factory. Picture on left is the bumper, picture on the right is what i wanted it to be. I said id prefer it be painted like the picture and he said its difficult to do so but he would call me back to let me know. About a week went by and i heard nothing back, i had a few numbers call that could have been them that were marked as spam but its unclear. I called to check and he said it was done. When i arrived, he again said that it was painted all white because its hard to mask off the white freshly painted surface. I don't exactly know how true this is, as I'm not a painter but its not really what i wanted. The price was cheap and overall they were friendly and accommodating but i cant help but feel like i had to compromise on something i was willing to pay extra for if it was a more difficult job (which i did offer to do so). The bumper looks to be painted well and it matches my car (ignore the fitment, i forgot to order fender liner clips/bolts). I would use them again but i think id have to be more strict on what i really wanted and if they don't want to do it then move to someone who does. If i could give half stars i would be more at a 3.5/5 Edit: JJ reached out to me wanting to make me 100% satisfied and i will be dropping the bumper off monday to have it painted exactly as i wanted free of charge (i even offered to pay for materials but he refused) . I am glad he reached out and wants to make it right. I should have reached out after not being satisfied when i put it on the car but it goes to show how much they care about customer satisfaction. Changing to 5 stars and as long as everything goes smoothly it will stay 5 stars. Following up after getting the car detailed after the bumper was finished and it looks fantastic!

JJ was great! He was very responsive and had good communication. My car looks new! Process took 2 weeks that’s including ordering parts. Definitely would recommend.

Absolutely incredible service!! I’m beyond thrilled with my Subaru Outback. The quality of their repairs and the level of expertise truly stand out—unlike any other place I’ve been to. I was rear ended on the highway and was so stressed due to my car being a 2025. Picked CARSTAR from the great reviews they had, and I had nothing but great results! So thankful for their care and it only took around 2 weeks and it’s brand new again.

Awesome work !!! Looks brand new like it never happened !!! Love how they cleaned the inside too lol my kids destroy my back seat !! Thanks for that ha ha ! Staff is friendly and very helpful!!
