Axelrod Collision Center

My insurance company recommended Axelrod Collision Center to evaluate and make repairs for my Model Y. I had no idea what to expect, but Rick, Courtney, and Maria were so incredibly helpful and patient with me. They explained every step of the process, and were completely transparent about everything, plus they treated me and my car like we were their most important customers! Even though I could see how busy they were, with all the snowy and icy weather, they took the time to address all of my concerns. Wow they are fantastic to work with, I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I ever end up needing help with collision repairs again, I know I can trust them to do an amazing job. Excellent service every time! Rick is always so helpful and reliable with every issue I’ve ever had with my car whether it is maintainence or an accident I’ve gotten into. Recently my ford escape was totaled and he assisted with getting everything figured out with the estimate for insurance and handled everything so quick and efficient! I highly recommend to all friends and family. Rick is so knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to make sure all customers are being helped in a timely manner and that they fully understand what issues are happening with the car and what the shop can do to assist with their matters! The front desk is always so helpful and super sweet! Such a welcoming person to have at the front desk!

Rick was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process! He communicated effectively and got my car taken care of quickly and efficiently. It looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything was done in a timely manner I highly recommend!

I drove all the way from Pittsburgh, PA to have Axelrod fix some fender damage on my Tesla Model 3, and I couldn’t be happier, and can’t find enough great words for the job they did and the overall service I received. Aaron was great to work with, and really took the time to walk me through everything, ensure my car was being taken care of, communicate with me throughout the process, and communicate with my insurance company to ensure they had what they needed. My mother has a Tesla Model Y with some slight dents and scratches, and I will definitely be taking her car to Axelrod for repairs as well.

These guys really know how to take care of a customer and how to bring your vehicle back to life. They went above and beyond taking care of me while my truck was being fixed in their shop. Always keeping me up to date with progress. When my truck was done it looked better than new. They even detailed the interior even though nothing in there was worked on. Would highly recommend this shop.

Highly recommend Axelrod. I got in my first accident so I was clueless on everything and they were super nice and kept me informed every step of the way. My color is unique and they nailed it perfectly! Special shout out to the guy who was able to do that! Enterprise picked me up when I dropped it off and I got to just leave my rental when I picked my car back up which was awesome!

Axelrod Collision Center did an excellent job repairing our Tesla Model Y after a deer accident. They were very professional and exceeded our expectations. The repair was finished a week earlier than promised, and the quality of work was top-notch. The car looks as good as new, and we are extremely happy with the results. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the repair specialists were skilled and detail-oriented. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the service. I absolutely impressed and thankful for the experience I had with Axelrod Collision Center. I had to get my car fixed and I didn't know where to go. My online search led me to Axelrod because of its high ratings. When I called, there was no question, this would be the place I would take my car to be taken care of with TLC. Maria answered the phone in such a pleasant way that allowed the customer to feel immediately connected. The individual who oversaw the repairs on my car is named Rick.There are no words to describe the high level of customer service he showed throughout the entire process. I was kept informed of each phase of the repair process. When I picked up my car, there were two individuals (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) who completed the process of checking over my car. I felt at ease talking with them. They answered my questions and they helped make sure my car was ready to leave their parking lot in outstanding condition.
