Palmiero Brother's Automotive

My dad has been taking his vehicles to Palmiero Brothers for at least 4-5 years since he moved to Ohio. Recently my 5 year old Jeep had the misfortune of breaking down (the first in 5 years luckily). Living only .5 away from the shop, I couldn’t drive it in so I had to get it towed. Palmiero squeezed me in same day as soon as it got there from the tow truck. They found the problem (throttle body) & did an extensive work up on it to try to remedy it before I needed to replace it which would have been a lot more. It’s running great & I’m very grateful they got me back on the road that day. Pat also offered to pick me up as I was planning to walk up the few blocks to come get my car. It was one of the coldest days this winter & he came & got me in my car to discuss what he had done & take it for a spin. I’m so appreciative of Pat, Josh & all the guys there who helped that day. They are a great group there, reasonable, knowledgeable & a local business. Will me taking both my vehicles to them in the future.

I've been coming here for years. I've never had a problem with these guys. They've always been honest with me. A little pricey, but I believe every place is like that. If you're looking for a place that is good at what they do, then this is the place!

Came in for a pre purchase inspection on a used car, excellent guys and professional and really felt safe that I had a pro in my corner epically being an out of towner. 5 stars

What a great shop and great mechanics. If you long for the day of great mechanics, friendly service and honest pricing this is the shop for you. Thorough and honest and no up selling of needless items or throwing parts at problems. Easily one of the best shops around. They are a rare gem.

It was my first time going in for an oil change here. I dropped off my car, and 15 minutes later, I got a call letting me know my car wasn't due for an oil change yet. I misread my sticker, and the indicator on my car wasn't reset the last time I had the oil changed. I asked for other things to be looked at when i came in, and they checked everything out and said all is good. The honesty of this company is impeccable 👌 they could have just done the oil change. They could have given me a list of things that needed to be changed / fixed. When I got back , they handed me my keys, and I made sure they knew I would be back. I will be sharing my experience with family and friends, and I hope they consider getting their next oil change here. Thank you, Palmeiro Brothers. There are not many out here like you anymore 👏
